I am using a 3rd Party router (ASUS RT-AC1200G+) which previously had no problem in reaching max speeds. Having tried everything recommended such as TM modem and router reboot, checked and changed Ethnet cables I am unable to resolve the problem. Cannot get TM tech callout due to MCO and unable to access router because I do not have TM Unifi router password. I have asked TM for password and they say they are unable to supply because it is not one of their routers, although it was purchased and installed by TM &#33;&#33;<br />I have another 3rd party router which is TM compatible but not sure if I try to change over, do I still need TM unifi password to make it work ?<br />Would much appreciate any advice/recommendations. My location is 10 floor of Condo and I use desktop with TP link wirless link with increased gain attenna in usb to pick up my router which is situated about 20 metres away in bedroom (wherenearest phone point is).
