Any women who can do straight leg push-up?

I found this training (straight-leg push up) really really difficult. I know most men can easily do push-up, but are there any women out there who can do a perfect push-up? Although I had been training myself to lift weights (barbell and dumbell), I found myself not even able to do a single push-up when I initially started to learn it. I'm now able to do some push-up already, up to 15 times for the 1st rep, and the next repetition only 10 times the most. I'm still not satisfied with my push-up, my body posture a little bit out and my arms still not strong enough. How can I improve my push-up and get a nicely toned triceps?

Thinning knee cartilage and tilted kneecap problem

Has anyone here suffered from thinning of knee cartilage and tilted knee cap? I injured myself when I went hiking, when I ran down hillslope all the way from hilltop to bottom of hill. I'm in my early thirties and had been engaging in high impact exercise (sprinting on threadmill) all these while. I had knee pain even when walking since the hiking incident which was 6 mths ago. I had been going for physiotherapy for the past 6 weeks and taking daily dosage of glucosamine and chondroitin, and stop all the high-impact exercise, but didn't see much improvement. Has anyone suffered the same problem before? Will my knee condition ever recover? I'm very much worried now that it will nvr recover and I can never do running again.
