I have a question on this legal thing.

My uncle is self-employed to install electrical wiring. He used to have 2 employees and asked my uncle not to deduct their salary for EPF and SOCSO because they don't have a fixed salary. Their pay is based on task perform and in cash without black and white record. As you know old uncle don't know this kind of book keeping record just know work and pay.

Now here come the challenge. My uncle is now retired and lead to one of the workers is unemployed and he takes the opportunity to take legal action against my uncle for not paying him for EPF/SOCSO.

So now my question is, how to make appeal for such case? My uncle also not sure this worker will take the opportunity to say my uncle didn't pay him salary or not as all payment to him was in cash.
This worker worked for my uncle is about 2-3 years, so now his concern is the penalty/fines/compensation which may involve huge amount of money. As my uncle now already retired, don't have such huge amount of money for this case.

Any one experience on this care to share your opinion/solution to this? Appreciate that.

Last few days they just announced the 12 winners, only one winner with the iphone while the rest get RM1,000 cash. They posted it but removed this morning because the winners are not happy with the prize. Said 12x iphones, at the end only 1 got it the rest with RM1,000 cash.

Can we actually fight them against with their post over their T&C?

Old vs new stock

I'm surprise at this moment still got old stock offered by Proton. Few days ago went to proton showroom and looking for Persona or Iriz... The sales agent told me no promo this month other than sst exemption. Then he told me both model got few units of 2019 stock see whether or not I'm interested to take. Rebate RM5, 000.

For you guys that experience, do you prefer to buy old stock because of the rebate or rather go for new stock? Not sure which month the car made in 2019, now already July 2020.

Also the loan rate published at loanstreet website, is it the lowest rate the bank could offer even with better scoring? Or just an avg rate? How about proton commerce?

Any comments are appreciated. 🙏

Found back the stolen car

Has anyone encounter this case before?

Is like your car was stolen few months back, police report was done, bank also issued the letter of undertaking (LOU) to insurance company, insurance claim letter also signed.
Now is waiting the insurance to refund the claim. But the problem is, the car all of the sudden was found by police. Will the insurance company still proceed with the claim or reject??

Seriously Japanese cars in China so fragile? Or even those sold in Malaysia? The origin article say because of cut cost... thats why Jap car is save fuel... the car so light means something is missing in the car can cause the damage easily when accident happen.

Speeding summon

As per title.
I received a notice saying me speeding with a pic. 80km/h?! overspeed by 10km/h only ma.. also kena...
btw, i checked JPJ website or Myeg... both didnt show me have the summon record or are they wait me send the notice back with my particular filled in?
and the summon say is effective on 18/3, so is that mean i no need send back the notice direct pay on myeg also can right?

I have few questions here. First, become insurance agent need or no need to do business registration from SSM so can entitle to claim all the expenses under business income tax? Since insurance agent has no basic salary, all commission based so can declare Form B (Borang B) right?

How to workout to get the chest bulging out at the side? it looks like a nice curve line from the armpit to middle of chest line... Like in these 2 photos below?

I've been self training at gym one year already, only can see slight result gained from last year. Especially my chest does not form properly and nicely. Ppl keep telling me I have big pecs under t-shirt lolx, but the fact is, my outer pecs (near my arms) bulging out only. That's make ppl think i have big chest. I'm actually lack of lower and inner chest muscle.

So I need professional advice here.

Here is my current chest workout plan (repeat the same every session) :-
I train my chest twice a week - every Monday & Friday (45 minutes every session then go for biceps workout).

Flat bench - Dumbbell press:-
Set 1 - 18kgs each side, x10 reps
Set 2 - 20kgs each side, x 8 reps
Set 3 & 4 - 22kgs each side, x 6-8 reps

Decline bench - Dumbbell press:-
Set 1 & 2 - 18kgs each side, x8 reps
Set 3 & 4 - 20kgs each side, x 8 reps

Incline bench - Dumbbell press:-
Set 1 & 2 - 16kgs each side, x8 reps
Set 3 & 4 - 18kgs each side, x 8 reps

Then go for high cable fly
3 set of 15lbs (7kgs each side)

Side notes:
- I rarely workout with barbell press, because I couldn't get the pump feeling on my chest as compare to dumbbell press. -
- So I stick with dumbbell press only.
- How to tell I'm actually lift the weight correctly with chest? I always feel my arms lift the dumbbells up.
- I am actually want to gain chest muscle mass
- Taking whey protein to maintain, before this tried creatine, it was so effective but stop already.

Any advice? Which area should I focus more on my chest to look more defined something like this guy's chest below, especially his lower chest is popping out nicely yo

Is MyEG reliable?

How reliable is MyEG? i searched the forum, some people were facing payment issues (double paid, triple paid due to server problem). But that was few years back. How about recently?

I'm first time to renew road tax and insurance and then planning to renew it online, so i decide to give it a try. This morning i've registered an account at MyEG, then enter particular to renew insurance like IC, name, email, contact, car registered number etc. Half way through the process, when link to the page to enter chassis number, engine number, etc... then i just stop there didn't proceed further, coz i dont have the details yet (my car titles still with bank lol).

Then this afternoon i check my email, damn, a guy from MyEG website sent me the renewal quotation already lol.... somemore got discount for road tax ! Ask me to click the link to proceed my payment at the website OR bank in the grand total amount to their MyEG banking account. And i recall back, i did not complete my particular yet, how are they going to renew my insurance and road tax? Are they trust-able ar? Is the email just a hoax lol... but the address is indeed sent from myeg.com.my

p/s.: i dont know is it just coincidence of what, i received a call few hours later from etiqa insurance (personal mobile number), inform me to renew road tax, and she can help me to do so, only RM10 service charge, and pay full amount when delivery to my doorstep lol... MyEG selling user info to the third party ?

When a car manufacturer sponsored free cars for Company A, how does Company A present the free vehicles in their account?
Debit and credit where? Is it debit Assets and Credit to other income accounts? It gets for free due to event purpose. Furthermore, does this free cars taxable if it is consider as other income OR only taxable if Company A sold the cars?

Need your guys opinion who wore them before in terms of how comfort, fit, and the quality it is... or maybe suggest any other brand similar to this but cheaper....

A developer company... incur a total amount of legal fee (RM35,000) to secure banking facilities (term loan) of RM3 million.

Is this legal fee tax allowable under Malaysia income tax act 1967?
