As per above, can minority shareholder sell their share without major shareholder consent ?
Im referring to private limited company.
Minority is having dispute with major shareholder and ended up leaving the company but still shareholder.

1)Router (connected to BTU with unifi)
2)Connect a repeater (with wifi function) to the router (as on No.1)
3)Connect another repeater (with wifi function) to the repeater (as on No.2) .

Facebook loading slow on Ipad with wifi

Does anyone having problem with slow loading on the news feed while using mini ipad 4 with unifi connection ?
Everything works perfectly such as HD video on youtube, video streaming etc.
Only the news feed on facebook is freaking slow.
I tried both my iphone and ipad connected to the same wifi concurrently, iphone works flawlessly while ipad took few seconds to load the news feed. It doesnt only happen on the beginning (just open the facebook apps), it also happen while you keep on browsing the news feed.

Just wanna ask, whats the best detergent or way to clean brass ?
I dont know what should i call the item that i need to clean, its the thing that use for chinese prayer...
That use to put joss stick wan...
Each and every year im using Brasso which i think that even thought i use full strenght to clean it, the result wasnt ideal enuff...

I was planning to get a wireless headset for company phone.
Do anyone know is there any bad effect to health using wireless headset for a long period as they were on the phone most of the time.

And do anyone know how much does a wireless headset cost ?
Im referring to wireless headset on the normal phone (not handphone).
