How to become a Dato or Datuk?

As per title, how do one become a Dato or Datuk? I mean the legitimate way?
Not those buy ones(rich fags)..like the those from sultan sulu and stuffs(am i right?)

Also, is it just my bias view or is it nowadays theres a lot of people with dato/datuk title already?
And what do they do to the country for them to get that title?

Need Help, Rescued Kitten (A.S.A.P)

Hi, need cat/kitty expert as soon as possible to guide me in this thread post while i will search other online sites for help and advices.

Today, i found a stray kitten stuck between my cupboard outside my house. Looks like the kitten is still very young and may need his/her/ mother to take care of him/her.
No mother cat was in sight, the kitten had mewed for help for a long time before this but i thought it was nothing. When i was cooking, decide to check the source, found him stuck between the cupboard and the wall, so i pushed the cupboard to clean his poo around his body, and he was shaking due to it was raining heavily at that time.
I decided to clean him up using baby shampoo (no tears type) since he smells poopy , and instantly dried him as fast as i can to prevent him getting pneumonia(?) or other sickness.
Now he is asleep, but i think he is hungry since he was trying to suck on my fingers..

What do i need to do now? What do i need to feed him and how? Thinking of getting fresh milk but i know cats are lactose intolerate. Do kittens too?
How often do i need to feed him? And how much?
Tomorrow I will not going to work so i can monitor his condition but for only one day, How am i going or he's going to feed himself when nobody is around in the house?

P/S- His eyes are opened, and he cant still stand on his 4 legs, but he can drag himself i guess.. How old is he?
