1 Set of it is P104-100 4GB x 3 card combine with GTX 1070ti 8GB x 2 Card

TOTAL = 3 Set@Rig

All items used for 4 month and still under warranty. All rigs working perfectly and not run at full overclock setting.

Land Refinancing

Hai,

Im looking a suitable bank loan for refinancing my residential land lot in Tanah Merah,Kelantan.
The thing is, Im curious and want to seek clarification, in the future is it possible for me to apply
another loan to build a house on the land itself?

By any means, I have 2 loan here (1 loan for refinance and 1 loan for build a house). Is this possible?
Or, do I have to settle my 1st loan which is the loan that I refinance land and then only eligible to
apply another loan for build a house/bungalow?

Any mortgage broker/bankers/specialist can advice me here and recommend any banks for this purpose.

Seafarer Barracuda 500gb 6gb/sinterface..all brand new,
But the mobo seems don't detect the hard disk for the first time I turn on the pc, I have tried a lot of things like by changing the cables, put another hardisk, but still no result..

Problem details
First occurence of problem: setup normally but maybe not the right configuration
Problem frequency: cannot internet icon occurs exclaimation mark
Problem description: the problem is like this, i use separate modem and router to test whether the modem can work without wireless router. The result is FAILED!!!
after that, i try using the modem with wireless router..same problem happen...cannot access internet also...have try another way and read some solution by other forumer..but still cannot help me to solve my problem...actually what is the proper step to configure the modem and also the router?my streamyx package is the Blockbuster Deal 1MB....hope anyone can help me here to solve my problem!!! im dying to use internet here!! help help help..

I have worked for 6 month since my graduation... and my salary around RM3000... rite now im using iswara 1.3...u know how bad that car is it? besides,its already 10 years...im sick of keep on sending the car to the workshop and spend 200-300 permonth for the car...

n now i have decided to buy a new car..if possible, not proton or perodua... i have done some surveys on Toyota Car.. they said Vios quite economical in terms or petrol n other things..is it true? but, if u have any suggestion plz advise me here... i wud love to hear opinion from u guys who have some good knowledge bout this matter... i can spend around 600 - 700 monthly to pay for new car if im doing full loan...

tha main thing is the car must be worth and economical... tq so much ...

Hai there... is there anyone who can help me and give me some advice...totally in dilemma...actually i want to buy a used car...ive been working for 6 motnh already...my salary is rm2950..in addition of the allowance..total rm3+++....and now im using Proton Saga Iswara 1.3..the old one...almost 10 years...got a lot of problems with the car...4-5days ago, i went back to my village at kota bharu...there's one shop has offered to continue paying his car...white MyVi and already modified with sport rim and other stuff...quite impressive and nice...so im quite interested..ive done the test drive and everything goes smoothly and no problems..i think so..haha... so..the main thing here is..is it worth i continue the paying of the car about RM28000 left? but the owner want to let the price at RM30,000..dat means he want to have benefit RM2K for him...so the condition now is...shud i pay him the RM2K? or i just need to change the name of the car n continue paying the RM28,000 to the bank? hope anyone's here who expert in this field can help me...besides, im working on karak highway...iswara cant much longer if continuously use it on that kind of road...

hi there..any taiko or gurus can help me here?

just a bit confuse... can dual channel ram be used on triple channel ram slot?

for example... can dual channel ram "Corsair dominator 2x2gb 1600Mhz" used on triple channel slot ram of "Asus P6T" or any other X58 mobo?
and... can the same ram i mentioned here being used on Intel P55 ? as it's being used on my AMD platform now...

is it possible? help me n share ur knowledge...
