Mazda 3 vs VW Passat

Hi guys! Wanted to upgrade my current Civic 2.0 after clocked in 240k KM.
Nothing wrong with the car except for the high mileage and been 7 years with it.

Looking for a car with some performance and comfort to it.
Nothing peculiar about my daily driving; Melaka no jam 7 mins to work but I need to travel to Subang/Bangi 1-3 times a week.
So need a ride that can pecut Melaka-KL with ease.

After some browsing, my eyes set on either 2017 Passat HL or 2017 Mazda.
I know both are from different class with different price point.

Need some inputs on this. Appreciate it!

Changing Car in 2019

Hey guys,

I'm planning to change my ride this year but still unsure among options available out there.
Budget is not that high most likely capped at 140-150k but depends also need to check trade in value for my current car.
At the moment driving 2013 Honda Civic 2.0. So any recommendation??

Requirement:

-Comfort, Performance & Fuel Consumption balanced (daily travel 150km++ city+highway)
-Safety of course
-Stylo for young man
-if Preowned one preferable those still under warranty (>2017) as might only change car after 4-5 years

Currently leaning towards the new Mazda 3 but since the official specs & pricing for Skyactiv-X havent release so need some inputs for other models as comparison.
