Jobs scope:
• Daily interface monitoring of various aviation systems i.e. OneHub, Atlas, ERP and etc.
• Daily, weekly and monthly interface reconciliation of deliveries between DSSR, OneHub, Atlas and ERP.
• Ensuring deliveries (sales) are sighted with the correct information in all aviation systems as per KPI requirement.
• Unprocessed order monitoring and correction in Atlas and ERP.
Weekly and Monthly proceeds reconciliation for Local, Visiting and Offshore deliveries.

CREDIT ANALYST, MAYBANK

Analyze and monitor risk concentration limit and the execution of a credit risk management
framework in managing and enhancing asset quality as well as to achieve optimal loan
portfolio for the Maybank Group
Assist in the development and review of lending directions, credit policies, processes and
procedures.
Supporting the implementation of product sign-off process to ensure new credit products is
acceptable from a risk management point of view
Ensure that credit analysis is within the risk limits, risk concentrations and asset quality to
achieve optimal loan portfolio mix for the Maybank Group.
Facilitate in the implementation of an integrated risk-adjusted measurement framework
Highlight and evaluate key/material credit issues for credit proposals (commercial and
retail) routed through Group Credit Management and provide mitigation and
recommendation to enable informed decisions
Assist in credit issues raised by Credit Review and prompt Credit Evaluation Managers
(CEMs) on credit policies requiring reviews and enhancing suggestions
Ensure credit proposals are evaluated within the specified timeline and within the
acceptable credit standards (otherwise to mitigate) without compromising quality of loans
Ensure Loan Documentation including security documentation is properly executed and
filed and to follow-up with solicitor for all outstanding security documents
Ensure Loan Disbursements are made accurately, timely and upon completion of all
required documentation.
Ensure Loan Repayments are monitored promptly and reminders are issued timely on any
loan amount in arrears in accordance to the Bank's policies and operational procedures.
