Recommendation for LED TV 40-42inch

Hey guys, looking to buy a tv. 40-42inch will do as it will be placed in my room.
Not sure whether i wanna get a smart tv as i would be using the TV as my monitor for my laptop.
But sometimes feel lazy to on laptop would just like to on tv and youtube and maybe stream some shows. Worth the extra $$?

Done some research and found out that panasonic and lg uses IPS panel, would it be better compared to the normal panels like samsung/toshiba?

Anyway, do suggest which tv to get. Would like to buy in the next few days, or can wait if new models are coming in.

Oh ya are the panasonic new launched models worth getting? Not sure on the pricing tho.

Diet, Workout and Protein

Hey sifus, just started gym a week ago and was reading throughout the forum. Currently 21, 174cm and 67kg(148 pounds). Should be an ectomorph as i could hardly gain weight though i eat throughout the day. Would like to get a lean body, stay fit and get 6 packs

After reading the forum, my intake per day should be :
protein - at least 1.5 grams per pound of bodyweight -> 148x1.5 = 225grams? (figure seems to be damn high?)
carbs - at least 2 - 3 grams per pound of lean body mass -> 148x3 = 444grams
fats - the remaining calories available -> how do i get this figure?
Help needed in this section. Blur case lol

My diet (starting this week) :

2-4 Eggs
350ML HL milk
2-4 slices bread

Rice, meat, and lots of vege

Note : Seller is in kelantan currently, And in kelantan, Sunday is a working day. (poslaju is open)

Details of the complaint :
- Msg him around 11am to inform that im going to bank in money to him.

- He replied that : The parcel is with me now, already prepared.

- I proceed to bank in Rm1250 into his account at 11.28am. 20/2/2011
Proof : Just editted and removed, as Ihongwuh kinda vouched for him, so i dun wan his account no to be spread etc.

- Called him, he said his going to send parcel now.

- At 12.02pm, he msg me and inform that his now queue-ing at the post office.

- 12.45pm, he msg me again said his having lunch, going to send me then tracking no for poslaju in 15minutes.

- 1.50pm, msg again to apologize and say his abit bz, will send soon. I rushed him and he replied he will send @2.30pm (his so called lunch hour, even though he ate lunch earlier).

- 2.30pm called him, he said his walking towards his car. Will send tracking no when reach.

- 3.03pm, after i call him once more, he send message again say sending tracking number now, 1 minute.

- 4.00pm : He gave reasons again that he have work, and have to finish it. Said to trust him and wait awhile more. Normal assurance talk. SIGH the fact that i see him online at lowyat around 4pm also, WORKING? =.=??!!

Finally at 6.40, I called him again. Cant be reached, Voicemail.
By luck his online at lowyat, so i pmed him.
He finally admitted : yes but not tonight... because i havent send yet... but i promise will send tomorrow early in the morning.... please gv me 1 more days... the parcel will reach your place on tuesday. i promise. thx.

Below are the screenshots of pm in lowyat, stating what he said. Kept the sms in phone too (will upload if needed), with bank in receipt on hand also.

I really hope his not lying, as im not wanting to go through all the mess.

He called me at 9am, informing that his going to send the item. But then need time till 10.30am.

Gave him time and waited. He said that poslaju canot use insurance for mobile phone, and he proceed to skynet.
OK accept, since valid reason.

But till now still not yet inform me of the tracking no, not even a sms from him. Called his number and its off. Goes to voicemail. Those who had pass dealing experience with this forumer pls help out. THX!

Update 2 :
21/2/2011.........12.50pm if im not mistaken
He just called me and said he posted the item through poslaju, and gave me the tracking no. Forgot the reason why he didnt post through skynet, and that he succeed in purchasing the insurance for the mobile phone with poslaju.

Checked at poslaju, and its still not valid. Waiting for system update from poslaju, and time frame given of 2hours.

If by 3pm the system is not updated with tracking no, then would proceed to police.

Note : Should i post the poslaju tracking no here? So that others can get instant update too?

Update 3 :

Check at poslaju, item is at kota bharu pos office. Would wait for tmrw to check parcel on the package. Will update asap.

Just call nwilsong, ask him take photo of the receipt of sending the parcel with poslaju. He agreed to it and said give him some time to provide it. Ok, acceptable . Will post receipt as proof that he sent the item, clearing his name partially till i check the parcel. However my private details will be crossed.

22/2/2011 ...12.04am (after waiting an hour for him to upload receipt of poslaju)

Tried giving him a call, voicemail again. Ouch my $$$ gone again. SIGHS!

Nvm, lazy to insist on him giving me the proof. Am tired of trying to pursue him. His delays+reasons for it, all not consistent of his intention.

To take a photo with his n97 (on sale in his thread) is like few seconds. To upload to photobucket etc, another min max...inform me..max 2 minute. Gosh.
