Aircon not cold sometimes

Hi all sifu and member2 here,im driving a old school Toyota Corolla KE70,few days ago its become not cold sometimes..
Morning start,its very cold...
Afternoon driving on road,not cold, but once stop at traffic light,its become cold again...
At night,same happen like afternoon but more serious,once open headlight,blower become slow....not cold..
Sorry for my broken english,hope u guys will know wat i mean...
Already using new compressor n aircond set in-car all new...
