Ba Yue Si Wu （八月十五）: Mid Autumn festival night.

Come on, photogs.
Get Ready your cameras and tripods. Share! Share! Share! your photos of the full moon, and the festivities surrounding this celebration.

This is as close to a moon I could get, and it's not even a moon. However, thanks to Indon's hotspots, I could safely take photos of the sun.

Here's a fruit tart to cool you people down. The tart was made for my daughter's full moon celebration. So I guess, there's a full moon involved.

Something supernatural?

This was a photo I took of a bridal suite at my friend's house. Really shook me up a bit. I've asked around and no one could really explain what the dark tendrils at the bottom of the photo. I was standing right at the foot of the bed when I took the photo. I took another immediately and the photo was clean. What could it be? Shadows, lens flare, flash shadow? ....

Only thing i did to this photo is add my name, resize and blur the photo at the head of the bed.

Please share photos that you take yourselves and not somebody else's.

Not my hair. My hair was short and gelled for such occasions, as much as I hate gelling my hair. I have a jar of gel, the small-sized one, bought in 2002, still 3/4 full on this faithful day. Most of the people I showed the photo to thought it looked like hair too.

Strap around my neck, pouch removed for this kind of occassions, the equipment was c-740uz, the pouch is too big and gets in the way of handling the camera, so I usually leave it at home.
