<title>Unable to serve full notice period</title>
            <link>http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5029346</link>
<description>I have tendered my resignation early last month via email and hardcopy, but my boss asked me to retract my resignation while he work on a counter offer. I withdrew my resignation letter back then since there was still time for me to make a decision. After more than a month, he finally made me a counter offer but I decided not to accept it upon consideration and retendered my resignation letter. My boss now wants me to serve the full notice period without the option to deduct my leaves (the company wants to pay back my annual leaves in full). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are a few days overlap between the date that I can leave my current job and the date that I need to report in for the new job. I have tried negotiating with my current and future employers but both are firm on the dates. Would like to seek some advice on the matter.</description>
