Details of the complaint :

hi mod..
just deal with this guy [1Universe] for used ps2 slim..
bank in the money thru his gf maybank acc at 08 jan 2011 [see attachment]
got the package 11 jan 2011 but the ps2 he gave me is broken..
can`t play+detect any dvd games..
told him bout this and he promise me to gave me full refund for the broken ps2..
after that keep calling him+sms+pm+email him but still no answer for him until now

btw here is the detail bout this fella..
