Dear /k.. Bike Licence Advice Needed

Ok guys, here's the thing. I've never really rode a bike by myself before. I mean, those automatic scooters pernah la, in Bali and Phuket etc, but when it comes to the larger 250cc and above bikes, I've never had the balls(yet) to try and ride em'.

Sooooo, after much consideration, I think I'm finally ready to get a bike licence. The problem is, as a first timer, which one do you guys think I should get? Some guys I've spoken to tell me to just go for the B Full straight, while others are telling me to stat with B2.
I told myself that if I were to start, the first bike I'd buy would definitely be 650cc or above, assuming I go for B FULL straight.
Note, the kind of bikes I've had in mind are somewhere along the lines of the Harley Davidson Night Rod (I like the riding position, sat on one before) etc.
Not a fan of massive superbikes as I'm not a speed demon on 2 wheels(4 wheels lain cerita la ), and I don't know whether that forward hunched over the tank riding position is easier for a newbie to start with. Of course, to practice with, I'd definitely buy a small 125cc or below bike to bawak dalam taman dulu to belajar how to tukar clutch etc.

Dengan penuh harapan, I hope someone in /k boleh bagi tunjuk ajar sikit, especially if any of you had this same problem before. Hope I can get over this fear of falling of a bike soon. Malu weh tengok budak sekolah, makcik, atuk, nenek all bawak.

I have a pretty big frame for an Asian. 6'2", 90kg, so I'm guessing that would help when it comes to buying a bigger bike?
