mis-capped 1mb package left 512kb speed
The TM technician came to research my connection problem today.He told me that my connection slow is because the RJ11 wire from outside itu "tiang(black in colour)" to my house was already old.And the technician told me that tm technician department is not included helping customer to change the RJ11 wire and ask me to find the wireman to rechange the RJ11 wire.So I had called the wireman just now,and the wireman told me that they can not help me to connect the RC11 wire to the port at the "tiang" there , after the tm technician help me reconnect the RC11 wire to the "tiang" only the wireman can help me pull the wire to my house .The tm technician call me go find wireman,and the wireman ask me go find tm technician. So who can help me now?tm technician or wireman?or both also cant,then I have buy ladder and repaired by myself ?
