How to setup TL-WDR4300 to use with Time broadband

I'm a TIME broadband subscriber and I just bought TL-WDR4300 but there is no DSL light when I connect the WAN (RJ45) cable to the new router. I moved back the WAN cable to my old router (cisco wag120n) and it's working perfectly. Do I need to set the vpi/vci on the router 1st before I plug in the WAN cable? Btw my cisco router setting is pppoe with vpi and vci setting but there's no option to set the vpi/vci in the tplink router. I even tried to use auto detect the WAN link in the tplink router but it's showing undetected.

Really need help here. Anyone has any idea?

hey
i want to buy a new soundcard..
right now there are 3 choices..
esi maya 44, m-audio audiophile 2496 and fast track usb..
yeah, fast track usb is not a sound card but it's still in my list

could anyone give opinion for these soundcards ?
which one u prefer and why ?
this is just for recording acoustic guitar and vocal..
please give some advice..
