Home Network Questions

Ok, as you can see my Unifi equipments are at one end and my computers and TV are at the other.
IPTV is in AV room.

The red line represents the network cable that I may want to lay out. CAT5e, not CAT6 due to the price difference.
The network cable represented in blue is already there.
Planning to place 1 TP-Link 1043ND in the Unifi room (replace D-Link DIR-615), one more in room 1 and possibly one more in room 2. I want to stream FullHD movies across my network. Media server located in computer room and streaming location is AV Room, Room 1 and anywhere around the house wirelessly to portable devices, especially in Room 2.

Questions is can my network sustain FullHD streaming? The size of file for a typical movie is approx 10GB. Media Server will be having Gigabit connection.
Is it a necessity to change the Dlink DIR-615 cause mine seems to be pretty great. Haven't given me any problem since installed. But of course based on my needs to stream HD Video, I need a Gigabit point to connect the comp with player.
And is there any other way to lay out the network cable? More efficient ways.

Wireless Setup for Small Enterprise

I would like to know if a wireless setup would be appropriate for the below situation.
Currently, I'm having wired LAN connections, with two 24-port switch to connect the computers in the office.
Cables was laid approximately 10 years back and quite a number of cables have started to fail. Routers are added to certain area to split working cables to more users. I know this slows down the transmission speed but it's a temporary solution. Personally, I'm wondering if wireless would be a better choice since solving problems should be easier than wired. I have changed many switches these years. Don't understand why but switches seems pretty easy to get faulty. A renovation will be done soon to the office. Just wondering if I should lay out network cables again or just switch to a wireless network.

Main purpose of network : File Server and Printer,Scanner
Company : Accounting Firm
Area of company : Approx 3000-4000 SF

Factors considered are cost, reliability.
Recommend which router and receiver would be suitable for the wireless setup.
