Mijia IP Cam unable connect from hand phone

Good Day,

I searched for discussion on this and couldn't find anything so I apologize if this has already been a topic.

Recently one of my IP Cam frequent failed to connect from my hand phone. Sometime need to restart the IP Cam once then can connect but sometime need few times to restart. And in my router log i found this "dnsmasq-dhcp[524]: Ignoring domain camera.ipc009 for DHCP host name chuangmi"

Not sure is this related to the IP Cam or the Wifi router setting. Can anyone please assist. Thanks.

HELP: Riger Modem Data light stop flashing

Hi all the masters ....

Recently my modem (Riger DB102) encounter this problem.
The Data LED will stop flashing if i stop surfing net for sometime, but I still have downloading activity is on going. If the problem happen i need to restart the modem and let the line establish so that the suring or downloading will keep going.

Is this the sign of the modem will going to die !!!! Pls advise. Thanks.
