I am using Celcom First Gold, i used up all my weekday data, and in urgent need of data but still have remaining weekend data left

So i applied for the AnydayGB, which says "VALID TILL END OF BILLING CYCLE",

which anyone who understand english will know this implies that this will only active until end of current cycle, and my cycle ends at 27/jan/2019

a short moment later , i receive an sms confirming the activation, but to my shock, it says start on 28th Jan,

which is not what it says on the Add on page,

I needed the data urgently; i have weekend data remaining, and i only needed to last a few days, Applied for this because i only need data to last until cycle refreshes in 2 days,

and all it did is eat my money because by the time it activates i already have my data refresh. In the end i had to resort to subscribe to another emergency sim for data.
I feel so cheated because this is just throwing down money the drain for a useless function i cannot use .
The text on the add on does not say only activates on NEXT CYCLE, should i complain at MCMC?

PS I posted on Celcom community about this issue, but they shurgged it off, marked my post as spam and hide it from other users..

help needed on LAN connection to modem

i have encountered a weird error with my gigabit lan port.

when i connect to my modem through LAN cable it shows no ethernet cable connected.
but when my Laptop connect to the modem using it works fine.

before you conclude that my gigabit lan port is faulty.. heres the weird thing.
it can connect direct to my laptop no problem and can even transfer files at full gigabit ethernet speed.(80-100 MB/s, thats megabyte, not megabit.)

help from sifus needed to solve this problem

i have a caviar green wd10eads (1 terabyte 32mb buffer sata)i run it as external hard disk for a while(cm xcraft 360) on Esata.

this afternoon, while i was transfering files to a friend, a power outtage occurs. then when i turn the pc on again, my hard disk says it is not formatted.i tried to check the problem, and the disk shows up as only 32MB on the disk management tool in control panel.

can anyone help me? i need urgent help
