Swapping Number Plate, Car Different Owner...

I've search the forum but i did not find the answer...so decided to open a new Thread...

Here is the story...

I bought a second hand car... Plate number ABC123... Want to to change it to a new plate number due to some personal preference...

The question is...

Can i exchange the plate number ABC123 to a unknown person that just bought a new Car... So he use my ABC123 and i apply the new car plate number XYZ123 that he is going to buy... Can it be transferred if both cars different name?

P/S: If it is possible to do so... and if you know anyone that is going to buy a new bike/car that is willing to sell the plate number... do let me know... if you are the runnner also... please do PM me... willing to pay for the hassle/tips/cost of transfer etc etc...

In order to change swap number plate... Both cars need to be owned by the same owner...

I got a 350D Camera...Basic standard kit lens...

The thing is...The Battery charger/battery kaput...I went to a shop to check if it the Battery problem or the Body problem...So confirm battery charger kaput...Then take a new battery from a box and put it in...the camera wont on...lets just assume that the new battery got some juice inside...usually there is if its a new out from a box...(said the Shop Guy)...Test the lens on other body its working fine...

So ermm...If the body kaput...what is kaput...and if repair how much will it cost usually?

Any good place to check or repair the body?

I have googled and saw quite a few of post about it but its all dated back to 2007-2009...No recent post about it. Also the contact number for booking is also "Tiada Dalam Perkhidmatan"

If its still open anyone have the number? How is the Food like? Price wise? Ambiance?

Its not the same as Sunset Beach Restaurant rite? Coz that 1 i know its closed already...

This the example:

Person not working

Sold a house that bought less then 5 year - This sure kena tax or denda or something like that...

Original Price when bought: 250K
Sold : 400K

The question now, do we need to declare to income tax on the profit we made? But then the fella is not working hence no monthly slip of EPF, socso, Jform those sort...

If let say have to declare, go LHDN? If dont declare what will actually happen?

Security Guard Issue

hi guys...

just want to know...to whom shall we report to if we have complaints about the security guards...

currently staying in an apartment with security guards.

got a few issues...

1. Non Malaysian...cant speak English properly...( i know that only Nepalese is only allowed if foreign)

2. Security guards that "walk the Security Dog", shits everywhere at the parking lot basement...and it happens @ near lift area, car parking lot, middle of the road...so if a car drove on it, it smears all the way....

3. Sleeping...

i know that we could complaint to the management of the building, but if the management dont do anything about it...to whom shall we complain? other then the security company...The Government? The municipal Council?

Any contact number?

We dont want to sign it...and want to challenge them in court...

Just wondering...Do we have this kind of Workshop in Malaysia? If got, which workshop i can go? Cheap? Expensive? Im talking about Selangor/KL area...

Is there any Workshop that can do headlamp Alignment?

Recently installed HID 8K...But its quite Glaring...So i DIYed somekind of Anti Glare using a Aluminium Sheet covering the whole HID bulb...Basically i can look directly towards my headlamp without blinding me...but somehow i cant see the cut off point...

Even tho its not glaring ow but i want it to point down towards the road...not scattered everywhere...Or We can DIY adjust it?

FYI im using a Kenari...The Round Headlamp...Aerosport model...

Any Sifu's Advice?
