Cleaning of floor tiles after renovation

After renovation with all the dust, and debris, I'm trying to clean my floor tiles - porcelain type - many many times but unable to do so. I wish I could just wash it but due to the balcony having timber flooring now, I've resorted to just trying to mop and mop and mop.

Can anyone advise what is the best cleaning product to use? I heard that you can actually use vinegar? or was it thinner?!

Any advise is much appreciated.

Cheers
