Current job u feel burn out but boss offer to promote u and will have increment around 50 to 60% subject to board approval. Can't tahan the boss already due to the management style.

New job offer increment around 21% but have higher employer epf and a chance to change environment, and is a managerial role.

Which will u choose and why?

How do i know whether i pass or fail the medical check up?

Bond letter

Want to ask...is it a normal practice where the bond period clearly stated in offer letter?

my new offer letter does not state the length of bond period as the new company bought 2 months notice out..but the HR mentioned i will be signing the bond letter only after i commence in my new company...is it normal? or different company have different practice? FYI, according to the HR of the new company, my bond period is 1 year

Allowance: Car Park RM 150 p/m
Employer EPF: 13.5% (if work more than 5 years will get 15%)
Annual Leave 21 days (if work more than 5 years will get 24 days)
Transport: Need to take LRT then switch MRT then walk a bit. If not can drive since can claim car park

Question 1: Should i take up the offer?
Question 2: How to tell my boss since i am starting to handle a mega project in my current company?
