Hi,

I am planning to buy a laptop soon.

Due to ASUS A42JP VX098V running out of stock, my next choice is ASUS X42JR VX141 (Core i7).

The laptop will be used for work i.e: typing, surfing internet, to running autocad & other graphics applications.

I have read some review, they were not recommend X42JR coz of weak grahic card (ATI 5470) & short battery runtime.

Is it worthless to buy this model?

The lowest price offered by some shops in low yat around RM2,500. with upgrade of RAM from 2GB to 6GB.

Hope anyone could advise me on this model.
