Let's say I wanted to purchase a 500k property(under development), and it can be for my own stay or for resell.
So wonder two thought below are ok?

to LIVE
-Down payment as MUCH as possible.
-Loan tenure as SHORT as possible.
-Apply loan with lowest rate, NZMC & semi-flexi.
-Try to pay-off the principle amount in the shortest period to save interest.

to INVEST
-Down payment as LITTLE as possible.
-Loan tenure as long as possible.
-Apply loan with lowest rate, ZMC & semi-flexi.
-Pay fix amount, save some cash flow for advertisement, agent & so on.

hi forums,

I have a ATX motherboard with below expansion slot.

PCI - 4
Mini-PCIe - 1
PCIE - 1 (x16) + 1 (x4) + 1 (x1)

My aim is to run two minitor with 2560x1600 resolution each (extend mode not duplicate).
Do you have any recommendation which graphic card i should get?

**graphic card has to be half height (low profile) & fanless

Baithost,

I am very disappointed of the never ending delay on my refund and I am disgusted by all the excuses that I got from you.
Here are the reasons:

1)First of all, Baithost should not have accepted a customer’s order (and money) while knowing that the server node is full. We customers expect a functioning VPS within 48 hours. Having to wait for 7 working days for a new server only reflect your poor awareness on your server’s capacity and incompetency as a webhosting and VPS service provider.

2)This is the 21st century; a refund process that takes up to 30 WORKING days (one and half month) is as good as living in a cave and communicating using mail pigeons. Also, I can’t see any reason why the refund cannot be made via online banking since the initial payment was made via Maybank to Maybank money transfer. This again proves the incompetency of Baithost.

3)Regardless the reason behind the invalid address, and the delay of my refund; this is a problem between you and your courier service and we customers should not become the victim of such incompetency. I challenge Baithost to check with POS Malaysia to authenticate the contact address that I provide. (Skynet also claimed that the tracking numbers that Baithost provide were untraceable and invalid. Hence I can’t help but to doubt the source of your prove of shipment)

4)Your customer service is a disaster. Having failed to send out the check twice and yet Baithost had also failed to take the initiative to contact customer immediately regarding the issue. If Baithost is as responsive and responsible as advertise, you should have taken measures to contact customer ASAP instead of slacking and bracing for complains. I am convinced that contacting my Maxis 012 or Hotmail is easier than showing up on a forum posting excuses and convincing the public.

This will be my first and last time doing business with Baithost. I fully regret that I previously ignored the poor reviews of Baithost from several forums and ignorantly believe a change at management would put everything behind; well, guess not. I will not recommend Baithost to any of my friends or fellow forum members. I reserve the right to express my experience at any forum and website I like.
For the sake of your hopeless management and terrible customer support, YOU CAN KEEP MY MONEY, as a token of sympathy from me.
Bottom line is I insist that you forget about my refund request! I got better things to do.
The act of MISUSING the terms and conditions to threaten your own customer is pathetic and unreasonable.

btw, if the check was returned by Skynet twice, there should be some remark or something like that written on the receipt by Skynet right?
I am here to find out whether they DID try to send me my check(refund) or not going to refund me and simply post same fake receipts as excuses.

i got inform by the sender as shown below, saying that they have sent my check twice but the address I provided is invalid

On 25 January 2010, we have send a document containing check amount RM80 and courier it with our Company Courier (SkyNet) - 201 33840 *** 2.

Unfortunately, we have been told by our courier that they couldn't find the address given and On 1 February 2010, we had inform customer on the issues and request to be given the full address.

On 3rd February 2010, we again tried to resend the document with our courier (SkyNet) - 210 33840 *** 3. Very unfortunate, we still receive the same answer, Couldn't fine the exact address.

Here with i include an attachment: Copy of Skynet receipt:
