Buying an item from Japan via proxy site

Hi guys,

I'm going to get a leather purse from Japan via a proxy site called FromJapan which cost about RM1K.

Anyone here used their service before? Anything I should be aware of?

From what I understand there will be 2 payments that I have to make... first is for the item itself and handling fee.

And the second payment would be the shipping + custom tax. I assume this payment will only be made after the item has arrived in Msia?

Does anyone know how much the tax is going to be like?

And which shipping should I choose between EMS, FedEx, DHL?

Binance to Luno safe?

Guys, I have some XRP in Binance that I wanted to cash out, low 5 figure ringgit.

I don't want Luno to get triggered or get my account banned for whatever reasons...

So which is the best route?

Binance -> Luno -> Bank

Or

Binance -> Wallet -> Luno -> Bank

Or

Binance -> P2P -> Bank (heard ppl got their bank acc frozen etc) how to prevent this from happening? Would using a business current account help?

I know about Nirvana but it's expensive. My budget is ~RM10k per pair.

I would like to visit the US for a week (to seek medical advice) later this year or early next year.

One of my co-workers suggested that I should get the air tickets first before applying for the VISA. But what if my application gets rejected? She had never been to the US before, so I think it's better to ask you guys who have more experience.

Should I get the air tickets first before applying for VISA?

If not, would it be more difficult to get the VISA approved without booking the tickets first?

Public Bank E-Banking Question

Hi, I called PB but I wasn't given a clear answer so I'm going to ask you guys here.

Let's say I have a current account for my business and a personal savings account. And I want to register for an E-Banking account...

Will both accounts be placed under the same e-Banking login/account?

Can we have separate logins for different accounts?

Or are we only allowed to have 1 login for all the accounts we have with the bank?

Can someone have multiple Sole Proprietorships?

Hey guys, I'm planning to get a DS Lite but couldn't decide whether to get the white one or the black one.

Both have pros and cons, white is sleek, nice and original but it will become yellow after sometime and dirt will trap in between the hinges and all..

Black on the other hand looks cool and suave but it will attract fingerprints etc...

I know this poll is kinda stupid but I just can't help but wanted to know what you guys think.. Thanks!

Streamyx Webmail problem

Hi,

Just want to ask you guys whether you have encountered this or not..

I've created a few folders for my streamyx email account and put in some important stuff inside..

I didn't check the account for a few weeks and to my horror, my folders all went missing when I logged in today.. I called streamyx 3 times and they asked to wait wait and wait...

This doesn't make any sense coz i never use programs like Outlook etc... has this happened to you before?

* Malaysian can fund in money to their PayPal account.
* Malaysian cannot withdraw money from their PayPal account.

Possible solutions:
* Open an account in accepted countries as mentioned in the email.
* Share PayPal account with your friend who is in the accepted countries.
* Use other alternative free online payment processing companies(MoneyBookers, Ikobo, StormPay and YowCow).
