Hi all,
i dont know if this happen only to me or anyone else.
i sent my motorola defy for warranty service to Brightstar in Sunway Mentari. The defect was a ear piece problem ie. cant hear calls.
they had promised to return the phone 3 working days after sending. now its been like almost a week without any news. everytime i call them
to ask about my phone status, their answer will always be "kami perlu test phone lagi, nanti sudah siap kami call".
i have no idea when it will be ready as im in urgent need of the phone.
anyone else having bad experience with brightstar?

Defy is the newer model compared to xt720 and has better specs. but XT720 is more expensive? why is this?

is uncommon and hard to find spare part. im looking for xt720 btw..
