Telephone Line Issue with Maxis Fibre 10Mbps Plan

My house has been using Maxis Fibre 10Mbps for few years without any problem, however recently I got this issue which I can't call out or receive call with the phone provided by Maxis.

After I call to the customer service, the CS ask me to change the line to another port. I have followed the instructions and it was working but after few hours I will have the same issue again. Then I will need to change the line back to the previous port then only it working again.

Please do not tell me that whenever I want to make a call or when someone else call to my mobile to tell me "Hey i tried to call your home but cannot go through" then I will have to go change the line again.

Any one has the same issue? What is the solution may I ask?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi to all lowyat buddies!!

I am planning to signup a Maxis iValue plan but I have no intention to hold the iPhone 4 - 16GB for myself.

So I decided to sell it to anyone who want to buy an iPhone 4.

Because the iPhone 4 from Maxis RRP is RM2,290... I think I better let go at RM2,190... is RM100 less (but if anyone of you willing to buy at the original price as RM2,290...then I am happy to know that and sell to you...thanks in advanced!! )
