Today,i had totally mad!!!
Yesterday,i had call 100 to complain my slow connection(1-2mbps) for 4mbps.they tell me technican will check for it.I am very happy because they had come to my house in this early morning.They had check my modem connection and the house port connection.In that progress, i saw them to cut a bit of wire from my port to let them test with their machine.They told me that your wiring had problem,ask me to find a wireman to settle it.After they go back,i check speedtest.net,suddenly my speed run back to 4mbps.I feel weird but i sure glad for it.Suddenly,a unexpected problem happed.When i pick my phone,the internet will automatically DISCONNECT.So,i faster to call 100 for seek some help.I tel them i never had this problem before ,but after your techincan come,the problem came.They told me 'ITS YOUR WIRING PROBLEM'.I tell them, from last week i already experience slow connection that means my wiring should had faulty that time,BUT I WILL NEVER DISCONNECT FROM INTERNET EVEN PICK UP PHONE.I tell them again,'your techincan come to my house and check something ,that had cause me this disconnection issue.'..They tell me again,'SIR,ITS YOUR WIRING PROBLEM'....I was totally mad..

At that time,i seriously fed up.I ask back a question back,'So,your techincan say wiring problem cause me low connection and you also tell me that wiring problem cause me this disconnection issue.IF,i really ask my wireman to change the wire,and i had ask the price totally cost me RM 200.but if the problem still there,What will you do?'...She silence a while, and say will send a report to the senior department.I say,'will your report will give back my money back,RM200'..She totally can't answer my question.Then,she tell me to wait the next call to follow up later...

But,I wait 2 hours,there is no call back..THIS IS HOW STREAMYX TREAT ME

Splitter problem?Just a tm excuse!

I had face the slowdown streamyx every night every day.The timing is approximate around 8.30pm-1.15am.After this period,the speed will run fast back as normal(i am 4mbps user).

Due to world cup and local tv show has some live match tat are not showing,i decided to watch the 10pm match by ONLINE.but unfortunately,i need to face the slowdown that time.

So,i decide call 100 to seek for help.I think I had complain to them aroudn 10 times already.What they told me every time,'Sir, i think is ur splitter problem.your splitter may spoil and affect the data tramsmitting rate.You should exchange your current splitter with a new one.'And i think maybe he correct,and i decided to change by splitter.

BUT,after a moment.I think again what he said,i found out there is a really stupid excuse i ever heard.IF LET SAY MY SPLITTER HAD REALLY SPOIL,IT SHOULD BE SLOWDOWN WHEN EVER I START ACESS STREAMYX.If i every day 8.30 pm-1am facing the slowdown,IT MEANS THAT MY SPLITTER WILL AUTOMATICALLY KNOW WHAT THE TIME IT SHOULD SLOW,WHAT TIME IT SHOULD FAST BACK?!What the hell is this earth going on?!

Anyone who agree my explanation.PLEASE THUMB ME UP AND LET OTHERS KNOW SPLITTER PROBLEM IS REALLY JUST A EXCUSE

Night=snail streamyx speed

I can't really figure out why will only at night the freaking streamyx speed will become like shit..I apply the streamyx cool unipack 4mbps,when at morning or evening, the speed is ok(3.5 mbps).When at night,the speed become 0.3mbps? WTH!!! .

aNYone can help or giving out ur opinion...?
