Cheque issue expiry date

Hope any sifu expert here can answer my question , i just founded a cheque left by my debtor 3 years back , and the date is still remain blank , so is the cheque have expiry time even the date didn’t fill , like it was belong to 2021 cheque book , you can’t bank in on 2022, or as long as the guy account have money then can just fill the current date amount and bank in . hope can get answer .

So , I have a question about cheque issue . My clerk help me to issue 3 cheque and bank in to customer . After that I get called by customer that cheque returned , and I realised my clerk wrongly written the alphabetical amount and numerical amount . Eg two hundred twenty two , myr 202.00 .my bad too didn’t check properly and just signed , so in this case Is this consider a bounced cheque ? Will my account get close ? Anyone know ?

Worst Online Banking experience with UOB ,3rd time

I am going to cancel my stupid uob online banking account , this is the 3rd time i facing this issue , morning just now i'm using my cimb instant transfer $ to my uob , and the money , didnt credit to my uob , have to lodge report again , base on my past 2 time experience , i have to wait for few day to get my money credit due to their so call ' internal error ' ..... i'm really pissed off to the max , it happen to me 3rd time in this 7 month , the first time was i made transfer from my uob to my maybank account , but not credit to my maybank account immediately and ended up wait for 3 day to get credit , second time one of my debtor instant transfer to my uob , and again their internal error i have to wait 3 day to receive my money . I really afraid that one day when i made a instant transfer to someone and he did not receive due to this issue again and claim that i'm cheating because nobody will believe this 'internal error ' if they never experience this issue . I will cancel my uob account soon and advise other people don't use UOB service anymore !!!!!!!
