Endorsement of education certificate

Hi guys

I'm in the process of applying work permit for oversea and I need to get my education certificate certified by the Embassy, but before that, the copy of certificate need to be certified by Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs(requested by the Embassy).

I reckon i also need to get my copy certified by the University I graduated from before I send it to Ministry of Higher Education, am I right? Do I need to get any letter from University? Or just request the University to stamp and sign my copy will do?

Anyone has the experience of certificate endorsement by Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs?

Car choking when press gas pedal

HI all

The scenario is: when release gas pedal, change gear, then press the gas pedal, the car will choking/vibrating, then it will go smooth, but if release bit the gas pedal then press it, the car will choking again. Sometime is juz choke once, sometime will will choking a few time continuously.

So, what is the problem?

how to raise a complain on private clinic

Hi, I just had an incision and drainage surgery for my perianal abscess last Thursday, and discharge frm hospital on Friday. I went to a private clinic in PJ for the dressing because the hospital closed during weekend, the Chinese guy is very nice, explained every question I asked patiently, and charged me RM15 only.. and after this, i followed my sis back to shah alam, here the story come:

On Sunday, I went to a private clinic in Alam Megah for dressing, guess what, the Indian doctor charged me RM80 for the medical treatment! she gave me one small bottle of rivanol and some gauze, and some 'ubat untuk mencegah bengkak', though I already told her tat hospital already gave me the antibiotic and painkiller.. she insisted to closed my wound with rivanol, even though i told her tat the doctor in hospital asked me to expose it to prevent the pus grow inside, she said is better to close it..

Now, guys, did u hv any experience encounter an unethical doctor in ur life?
how can we do to prevent this?

PC for architecure modeling and rendering

Hi, I'm architecture student want to build my own PC for the purposes of 3d modeling and rendering, maybe do some animation.
Software I'm using now are:
- AutoCad (for 2d drafting)
- Sketch Up (for 3d modeling)
- 3d s Max (for 3d modeling and rendering, animation)
- Photoshop (poster design, photo editing)

Software want to explore:
- Archicad
- Corel Painter
- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere

There are something already in my mind, such as LCD I will go for Dell u2311h, and I heard Nvidia GC is better for the Sketch Up, so i would like nVidia Geforce family that support OpenGL. I want the processor support Hyper Threading, Motherboard that support SLi, 4Gb RAM for now (might upgrade in future)
So my budget for my new rig (excluding LCD) is RM2300. Please give me ur valuable suggestion.

Just now around 10.30pm, I parked my car beside the road near to my house. The road is quite dark. And i was on an phone call, in some arguments with somebody. Suddenly a man who riding a motor showed up and knocking my car window, and I've realized that is another motor beside rear of my car. I've heard many robbery case happened in this area, so I quickly ended the phone and started my engine, reversed my car to find out what the situation, and it will be easier for me to drive away too because that is another car parked in front of me. suddenly the other man shout "turun" and he was in the pose of pulling out his gun. And i can see he was wearing a police uniform,(the other man who knocking my window was wearing a jacket, only a very small word "police" printed on the right of his jacket). Then i quickly stepped out of my car, and explained that i dun know he is a policeman because he didn't show his id to me when he knocking my car window. They bodychecked me and my car. Since they didn't find any illegal stuff so they just let me go.

What will u do if u were in the same situation?

Procedure for raise a "complaint" to lenovo

Hi

Here is my scenario:

4 June: I went to lenovo TTDI to repair my laptop (T43) which is out of warranty. They charged me RM132 as a security deposit for the labor charge(Total laboor charge=rm162, another rm30 would be paid upon collection). The receptionist promised me that within 1 week i should have received the quotation from them. I also asked them send a quotation for upgrading my laptop ram to 2Gb (now 512mb).

After 1 week, no update from lenovo, I proceed to call them, they replied me that my laptop not ready, if any status, they will call me.

Then another 1 week, no update from lenovo, I called again, they replied they are waiting for the parts

23 June: Received quotation from lenovo, charged me RM708 to replace the systemboard, and RM620 for a 2Gb ddr2 ram

After few days of consideration, 5th July, I went to lenovo, to conform the systemboard replacement. The same receptionist told me that I need to wait about 2 to 3 days because they might need to order the replacement part. At the same evening I returned to lenovo again to ask them whether is that possible to change my systemboard with a higher graphic card. The receptionist answered no. To my surprise, the engineer showed up at the same time to tell the receptionist that my laptop was just ready. After I paid the RM708+RM30 to the receptionist, I realized that they didn't returned my ac adapter and power cord. But the receptionist told me that she didn't take the adapter and power cord when i sent my laptop to her. And she showed me the receipt that show what she have collected, like what hardisk, what kind of ram,etc (Is my fault I didn't check it carefully when I signed it). So, I asked,is that possible to check the CCTV to prove my words. She answered that will be very difficult. And she stressed that they don't need my ac adapter and power cord for repair the laptop and if she take it, she will tick the item in the receipt...

After the argument, she said she will investigate it, and i asked her how long the investigation, she answer about 2 to 3 weeks.. So no choice, i can only take back my laptop without the ac adapter and power cord..

So now is my question :
1. What should I do if she don't "find" back my adapter and power cord. What is the proper way to raise a complaint?
2. Is that possible to change a systemboard with a higher end graphic card? My model is Thinkpad T43, the systemboard they changed was 42T0067, actually i wanted to change was 42T0073 which has 128mb graphic card.

Radiator fan not spinning

Hi, My LMST got a radiator fan problem. Sometime it would not start spinning by itself after I start my engine and drive for a while. When the temperature bar reach up to 4 bars, i know that the fan is not spinning, I would stop the car and push the fan manually, only then it start to spin. May I know what is the problem and the solution?
