Question on House Loan

Hi, I am abit curious and wanted to know something about house loan, so that i can start plan my journey to build my finance to purchase a new house.

My question is what is the formula of the loan?

Here are a few variable :
Loan Amount - 200,000
Interest - 4.3% p.a.
Term of Loan - 30 Years
My monthly payment - ?

By default, it shall be something like this :
Total Need to pay : 200,000 + (200,000 X 4.3% X 30) = 458,000
Monthly Installment : 458,000 / 30 / 12 = 1,272.22

But my question is I heard from my friend, the amount of installment (replayment) will be reducing from year to year until I completely settle the loan + interest.
It seem like 1st year, i need to pay 1,272.22 / month
2nd year will be < 1,272.22 / month and so on for the 3rd, 4th - 30th years
So I am abit confuse here.

Hope someone could explain how it goes.

Car Insurance Claim

First of all, I am sorry to those who feel this thread is boring, But I am kinda wanted to get some advice from the community who having similar experience with me.

Well, Here are my case, I try to make my story as short as possible (you can to go by blog by clicking my signature for further story about this case).

Last week, my car got knocked by Mr. K. Police already announce that is his fault and he got summon.
Before he got summon, he promise me that he will pay to the cost of fixing my car. But after he got the summon, he just disappear, and my car still in the workshop. So i go to consult the police and the police told me their job done.
The only way i can do is to claim his insurance.

There are few things on the concern here

My insurance is No.3 Insurance (3rd party).
The car is fixed, mean i didt go to my insurance authorized panel workshop. (Because he promise me that he will pay full for the fixing cost)
The police not going to involve in this case anymore.

Now, if I pay the workshop with my own money, can i claim the amount that i paid together with the receipt of repairing and police report to my insurance?
Because as the police officer said, I can pay myself 1st then claim to my insurance company, then my insurance company will claim with Mr. K insurance company.

Besides, do the Mr. K insurance company will ask Mr. K to sign to confirm this incident happen? As now he is trying to escape from paying the cost, I dont think he will sign if the his insurance company request him to sign.

I really wish this can be done as soon as possible because i got frustrated kind of unmoral and no mind people...
I wish I can kill him if i see him.

is it possible for me to sue him for breaking promise, I have witness. I want to make him lost his job and get more trouble.

•Intel Pentium C2D E4600 2.4GHz
•4GB DDR2 Ram
•80GB Sata HDD
•GeCube ATI Radeon X1550 256MB
•abit I-45CV motherboard

Just want to ask all your opinion about how much this Desktop PC worth?

Cause I am going to replace "him" with similar specs laptop.

Hi, as mentions on the topic, I plan to buy a laptop but I dont know what kind of laptop that worth it...

I have a budget like RM2,200 and what kind of laptop that i will get?
I mean the most worth.
