Anyone use Hotlink for Tablet plan?

My tablet got 4g signal from Maxis, but I cannot connect to the net, Google search also cannot.

I tried restarting multiple times, still same. Yesterday SMS say I have 400MB left, and I never use since then. Today pulak on, got signal, but nothing works. Can't even sign in to the RED app to check status.

Street stalls, food courts and restaurants offer everything from barbecued skewers and grilled seafood to fried rice and piping hot bowls of noodles. The capital, Kuala Lumpur, has some of the best fine dining establishments in Southeast Asia. But just because something costs $2 doesn't mean it's not delicious.

Here are the unmissable dishes in KL that offer a true taste of the local flavors -- and where to find them.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chili pan mee at Restoran Super Kitchen

This authentically Chinese-Malaysian noodle dish is an explosion of textures and flavors that will leave you wanting a second -- or third serving.
Soft, chewy noodles are topped with fried anchovy, deep fried onions, fresh scallions, crushed peanuts, shredded pork and a poached egg.
Diners can add as much dry chili as they like and use chopsticks to mix it all together, breaking the egg yolk and making a sauce that coats the noodles with the spices, peanuts and onions.

Where: Restoran Super Kitchen, 33, Jalan Dewan Sultan Sulaiman 1, off Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman
Price: 7.50 Malaysian rupees (MYR) ($1.81) per bowl
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Curry laksa at Kam Fatt

Laksa is a traditional Malaysian coconut noodle soup and nowhere does it better than Kam Fatt, an unassuming street side restaurant that's only open for breakfast and lunch.

Choices include egg noodles, flat rice noodles, vermicelli or a combination of two or three. The noodles are smothered in a thick gravy and served with boiled Hainan-style chicken, fried tofu puffs, cockles, bean sprouts and green beans.

It's seasoned with a squeeze of fresh lime and extra chili sauce. Mouths will tingle from the perfect balance of sweet, savory and spicy.

Where: Restoran Kam Fatt, 37, Jalan Tengkat Tongshin
Price: MYR6 per bowl
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Banana leaf in Bangsar

Forget plates and utensils.

The authentic way to eat this traditional South Indian cuisine is with hands. A set meal consists of rice, a crispy papadum and a choice of curries and chutney that are served on a banana leaf. Diners can also choose to add chicken, beef, fish or vegetable curry and other dishes to round out their meal.

The meal is best ended with a banana or mango lassi, which is sweet and cooling and tempers down the heat of the spicy curry.

Where: Devis Corner, Nirvana or Raj's Banana Leaf -- all in Bangsar
Price: From MYR7.50
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For more (too many to Copy and Paste)...click the SOS: http://edition.cnn.com/2016/10/02/foodandd...eats/index.html

Enjoy!!

nVidia Shield Tablet K1?

Hi /k,

I see TechBug got discount for the Shield Tablet K1, the 2015 version, selling for RM1100.

Currently using my Asus Memopad 7 (already 2 years), sometimes play games lag.

Any /k users of the Shield Tablet K1 can comment? Is that a good price? And do you use the Shield controller as well?

I ask here because I don't see any official thread about this tablet.

Seems like the chipset, Tegra K1, is still much better in terms of gaming that other competitors out there. And although there are rumours of upcoming Shield Tablet X1 (with Tegra X1 SoC), I am sure its expensive if want to import it to Malaysia...and in the mean time, no news on new Nexus tablet.

And the Shield exclusive games, so tempting...

Inb4 get iPad
Inb4 TS too poor to get Apple products

Drillz:
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

India’s Olympians deserve a medal just for...

India’s Olympians deserve a medal just for putting up with their country’s officials

It’s been tough going for the Indian athletes in Rio de Janeiro.

So far India has only won a single medal at the Olympics: Sakshi Malik’s bronze in women’s wrestling. And though this is the largest-ever contingent the country has sent to the quadrennial sporting gala, only a few athletes now remain in the fray. Among them are badminton star P. V. Sindhu and a few runners.

For comparison, in the 2012 London Olympics, India took home six medals, its best-ever performance.

Yet this year’s on-field struggles seem trivial compared to what India’s athletes have faced off the arena.

Even after having made it to the event, the athletes—some of whom have dedicated their lives to their chosen fields in the face of untold hardships—haven’t got their due in terms of treatment, respect, and facilities.

To top it off, the abominable behaviour of senior politicians claiming to be accompanying or encouraging them has shamed both them and the country.

Take, for instance, India’s sports minister himself. Vijay Goel’s gaffes on social media—mixing up athletes’ names and photos and misspelling the name of India’s star gymnast, Dipa Karmakar—have gone viral. What’s worse, Goel came close to losing his Olympics accreditation after the organizers complained about his entourage’s “aggressive and rude” behaviour. Forget corrective action, Goel doesn’t seem to have even realised the bizarreness of his howlers or hinted at any remorse over his team’s unruliness.

Meanwhile, a nine-member team representing the state of Haryana arrived in Rio “to encourage the Haryana players.” However, the group, led by the state sports minister Anil Vij, has been noticeably absent at key events—even those involving their state’s athletes. Instead they were found sight-seeing and frolicking on Rio’s beaches.

Ironically, many of these delegates flew business class to the Brazilian city, unlike the athletes themselves. Sprinter Dutee Chand, for instance, endured a 36-hour flight in economy class on a plane that had managers and other delegates travelling business class.

“If players are treated like this, what kind of performance will we give in (the) Olympics?” Chand asked. She failed to qualify for the 100-meter semi-finals.
Dipa Karmakar, whose amazing performance took her to the women’s vault finals, had her own share of woes.

Initially, the gymnast’s physiotherapist wasn’t allowed to travel with her—it was dubbed “wasteful” by the Sports Authority of India. The officials jumped into action only when she made history by qualifying for the finals; the physiotherapist was rushed to Brazil soon after.

Incidentally, the Indian team’s chief medical officer in Rio isn’t an expert in sports medicine; instead, he’s a trained radiologist.

Shameful Independence Day
On Aug.15, India’s Independence Day, the country’s ministry of youth affairs and sports promised a grand reception for the athletes hosted by the Indian embassy at the Olympian Reunion Centre. The athletes skipped dinner at the Games village expecting a grand meal but all they were served were drinks and peanuts. Yes, peanuts!

Not winning medals is one thing, but the humiliation that these sportsmen and women were subjected to by their country’s officials may not be something they can get over any time soon.

SOS: http://qz.com/760053/indias-olympians-dese...trys-officials/

Kesian athletes from India...we should be cukur

Pokemon Go cost $5,000 Roaming Charges!

Japanese Olympic champion racks up $5,000 bill playing Pokémon Go in Brazil

A Japanese Olympics star has blamed Pokémon Go after being hit with a 500,000 yen (about $5,000) bill in roaming charges from his carrier. Artistic gymnast Kohei Uchimura, who won gold at the 2012 Games in London and is the reigning world champion, said he only downloaded the game after arriving in Sao Paulo to train for Rio, but quickly got hooked despite not having arranged a flat rate for data roaming.

Uchimura "couldn't believe his eyes" when he saw the bill, according to the Kyodo news agency, with teammate Kenzo Shirai saying "He looked dead at the team meal that day." Even though Pokémon Go isn't particularly heavy on data and there were likely other culprits — the game only officially came out in Brazil today, though Uchimura may have been playing the Japanese version — roaming charges can rack up extremely quickly when you use your phone abroad for pretty much anything online.

The story has a happy ending, though — after Uchimura called his carrier to explain, he was let off with a flat daily charge of around $30, which is enough to make him probably wish he'd just bought a Brazilian SIM card but you know, not $5,000.

SOS: http://www.theverge.com/2016/8/3/12372352/...-kohei-uchimura

Nasib baik Jap carrier reasonable, and maybe give him face because he represent Japan in Rio...but how come so noob, don't know how crazy roaming charges can be.
World's First Michelin Star Street Food!

Meet The Modest Chef Behind The World’s First Michelin-Starred Street Food Stall

Chan Hon Meng is the chef-owner of the Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle, the first Michelin-starred street food stall in the world.

The prestigious award was given recently to his modest store which sells delicious chicken rice that starts at $2 (or $1.50) per plate, making it the cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world.

Chan, who grew up on a farm in Ipoh, Malaysia, developed his love and preference for home-grown natural food from a young age.

“I stopped going to school at the age of 15.” Chan said. “Because in this environment, I had to help with the preparation of dishes from [a young age]. So I have a special interest an sensitivity when it comes to food. After I left school, I started working. My first choice was to become a chef.”

He first came to Singapore in the 1980’s and learned how to cook soya sauce chicken from a Hong Kong chef. After years of working long hours to hone his skills, obtain more knowledge and perfect his craft, he sought to branch out and start a business of his own.

“Because I learned form a Hong Kong chef, therefore I called it “Hong Kong Soya Sauce Noodle.” he said.

He opened a food stall called Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle in 2009 in Singapore’s Chinatown. In business for the last eight years, his always-packed rice and noodle house has become known for serving delicious meals at very affordable prices.

Beginning early before the crack of dawn, Chan Hon Meng prepares the chicken for five hours, makes the rice and cooks the pork well ahead of the store’s opening at 10 am. Working for at least 100 hours a week, Chan sells around 150 chickens a day and doesn’t stop until the last one is sold.

Unlike most street food vendors who dress casually at work, Chan wears a white uniform everyday and takes pride in being professional.

When he got an invitation to attend the Michelin Guide Singapore Gala Dinner back in July of this year, he immediately thought it was a prank. He remembered being told before by fellow chefs that to be included in the Michelin Guide is the highest honor one could attain in the food industry.

“When I received the invitation, I was uncertain.” Chan recounted. “I asked them ‘are you joking? Why would Michelin come to my stall? I’ve never heard of a Michelin inspectors visiting a street stall.”

Representing Singapore’s “hawker” food, the hardworking chef proudly shared the stage with world-renowned chefs in the event held at the Resorts World Sentosa.

Thankful of the international accolade, the 51-year-old said he hopes the recognition will inspire others, especially the young ones, to enter the food industry.

“Whether you’re a restaurant chef or a hawker, I hope that every chef will put in their best effort as if he [the Michelin inspector] is tasting your food at every moment. That is our most important takeaway and only then will your food display your passion. With food you can never stop learning.”

Even though he’s received international attention, Chef Chan does not expect to raise his prices citing that he values treating customers well more than short-term profit.

Chef Chan aspires to one day dine at one of legendary French Chef Joël Robuchon‘s restaurants. Despite his accolades and success, it would take Chef Chan a full day’s worth of work in order for him to afford it.

Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle is located at Chinatown Food Complex, Blk 335 Smith Street #02-126

SOS: http://nextshark.com/chan-hon-meng-hong-ko...ice-and-noodle/

From Ipoh woh!!! And got Singapore influence too! Who from /k eat before??

All leaders in /k come in!

How to recover from leadership mistakes

We all make mistakes. If we don’t, we’re not taking enough risks. Executives with big responsibilities sometimes make big mistakes. It comes with the territory. But I have often watched leaders struggle to recover from a mistake made that probably didn’t have to be as personally or professionally damaging to them as it was. They simply didn’t respond well enough, and it cost them more than it should have.

Here are five steps to move forward and learn from leadership mistakes:

Step 1: Communicate quickly

You don’t have to tell the world, but those who need to know should hear it from you and not from anyone else. Let the offended parties know and the people who will have to answer for the mistake. This can’t be done too soon. Surprises like this never turn out well, but with advance knowledge, many times further damage can be averted.

Step 2: Own it

Don’t make excuses. Don’t pretend it didn’t happen. Don’t blame others. Don’t say, “I’m sorry,” but then try to wrap the other person into your story.

Ask for forgiveness, if necessary, but own it now. You made a mistake. Be a leader. Own the mistake and be willing to accept the consequences. You’ll be far more respected and stand a better chance of bridging support in the recovery process.

Step 3: Stop the loss

Do whatever you can to stop further damage from occurring. If there are financial issues involved, try to recover as much as you can.

If there is collateral damage with relationships, apologise quickly and try to restore trust. I have always found that a humble, but confident response is usually best in these situations.

Step 4: Figure out what's next

Help the team recover. Find solutions. Don’t leave the clean-up to anyone else.

As you lead into the mistake – or even better – lead through the recovery. Help bring people together, seek wisdom, and help steer energy back to a more positive position.

Step 5: Learn from it

The best thing you can do is to grow from mistakes – all of them. They can shape us as people and leaders – either positively or negatively. The good news is that we get to decide which one.

In the process of recovery, sometimes keeping a journal is helpful. Start with the question, “What can I learn from this that will help me make better decisions in the future?”

Mark is the founding partner of CEO Coaching International where he and his team coach entrepreneurs and companies on ‘Best Practices’ in determining where they want to go, how to get there, how to grow their leadership team and put accountability systems in place to ensure that it happens.
The best way to charge your phone!

You've been charging your smartphone wrong

Yes, we know. Our smartphone batteries are bad because they barely last a day.

But it's partially our fault because we've been charging them wrong this whole time.

Many of us have an ingrained notion that charging our smartphones in small bursts will cause long-term damage to their batteries, and that it's better to charge them when they're close to dead.

But we couldn't be more wrong.

If fact, a site from battery company Cadex called Battery University details how the lithium-ion batteries in our smartphones are sensitive to their own versions of "stress." And, like for humans, extended stress could be damaging your smartphone battery's long-term lifespan.

If you want to keep your smartphone battery in top condition and go about your day without worrying about battery life, you need to change a few things.

Don't keep it plugged in when it's fully charged

According to Battery University, leaving your phone plugged in when it's fully charged, like you might overnight, is bad for the battery in the long run.

Once your smartphone has reached 100% charge, it gets "trickle charges" to keep it at 100% while plugged in. It keeps the battery in a high-stress, high-tension state, which wears down the chemistry within.

Battery University goes into a bunch of scientific detail explaining why, but it also sums it nicely: "When fully charged, remove the battery" from its charging device. "This is like relaxing the muscles after strenuous exercise." You too would be pretty miserable if you worked out nonstop for hours and hours.

In fact, try not to charge it to 100%

At least when you don't have to.

According to Battery University, "Li-ion does not need to be fully charged, nor is it desirable to do so. In fact, it is better not to fully charge, because a high voltage stresses the battery" and wears it away in the long run.

That might seem counterintuitive if you're trying to keep your smartphone charged all day, but just plug it in whenever you can during the day, and you'll be fine.

Plug in your phone whenever you can

It turns out that the batteries in our smartphones are much happier if you charge them occasionally throughout the day instead of plugging them in for a big charging session when they're empty.

Charging your phone when it loses 10% of its charge would be the best-case scenario, according to Battery University. Obviously, that's not practical for most people, so just plug in your smartphone whenever you can. It's fine to plug and unplug it multiple times a day.

Not only does this keep your smartphone's battery performing optimally for longer, but it also keeps it topped up throughout the day.

Plus, periodic top-ups also let you use features you might not normally use because they hog your battery life, like location-based features that use your smartphone's GPS antenna.

Keep it cool

Smartphone batteries are so sensitive to heat that Apple itself suggests you remove certain cases that insulate heat from your iPhone when you charge it. "If you notice that your device gets hot when you charge it, take it out of its case first." If you're out in the hot sun, keep your phone covered. It'll protect your battery's health.

SOS: http://www.techinsider.io/the-best-way-to-...r-iphone-2016-7

Some good tips here.

Inilah Zhou's Tered Pengetahuan of the day.
World's Most Expensive City 2016

World's 10 most expensive cities in which to live in 2016

(CNN) New York and Los Angeles have shot up the rankings, London has pushed into the top ten, but Singapore is still the world's most expensive city.

It's just topped the Economist Intelligence Unit's 2016 Worldwide Cost of Living survey, making that the third year in a row. The gap is closing between Singapore and the next two cities in the rankings, however. Zurich, Switzerland, and Hong Kong are hot on its heels in joint second place, with Hong Kong leaping seven places up the ranking in the last twelve months. London, New York and Los Angeles moved up to sixth, seventh and eight place, with New York in its highest position since 2002.

In fact, New York has gotten a lot more pricey in the past five years -- rising a huge 42 places since 2011. The annual report, which ranks 133 cities based on a twice-yearly survey, notes Singapore's high transport and utility costs.

"It is the most expensive place in the world to buy and run a car, thanks to Singapore's complex Certificate of Entitlement system," it says.

And don't think you can escape it by hopping on public transport. Transportation costs in Singapore are 2.7 times higher than in New York.

However, for basic groceries, Singapore is cheaper than its Asian neighbors Seoul (33% more expensive), Hong Kong (28%) and Tokyo (26%).

"Value for money can be found by those who seek it," the report concludes.

As for the rise of U.S. cities New York and Los Angeles, the EIC credits "currency headwinds rather than significant local price rises."

In fact, "With the falling cost of oil and a strong U.S. dollar pushing down prices, local inflation has been relatively low across the U.S."

1. Singapore
2. Zurich, Switzerland
2. Hong Kong
4. Geneva, Switzerland
5. Paris
6. London
7. New York
8. Copenhagen, Denmark
8. Seoul, South Korea
8.
Man marries his Apple iPhone in Las Vegas

Man marries his Apple iPhone in Las Vegas

Aaron Chervenak is one of the many grooms who has experienced a quickie wedding in Las Vegas. On May 20th, at the Little Las Vegas Chapel, Chervenak was married to the love of his life, his Apple iPhone. Chapel owner Michael Kelly said, "At first it was like what? And then I was like... Alright let’s do it. We don't really have many people that marry inanimate objects."

Kelly pointed out that Chervenak was merely sending a message to society. We go to sleep and wake up with our smartphone in bed with us. We are with our handset 24 hours a day, and it is the first thing we look at in the morning. Doesn't that sound like a marriage?

The wedding is obviously not recognized by the State of Nevada. We do not know if the blushing bride took its husband's name (Apple iChervenak) and there is no word on where the pair spent their honeymoon. Chervenak didn't mention anything about children, but we wouldn't be surprised to see some Apple iPod nano units in the family's future.

"Of course it’s not as emotional as marrying a person; the emotional connection is a completely different one. And the marriage is symbolic, since by law it is not possible to marry an object. But the message is still there: These little devices have become incredibly precious to us, so my little symbolic act demonstrates that high value."-Aaron Chervenak, Groom

We wonder if the bride is the jealous type. Her husband might develop a roving eye come September when a younger, sexier model will be available. You can check out the actual ceremony by clicking on the video at the top of this story.

SOS: http://www.phonearena.com/news/Man-marries...s-Vegas_id82732

Will /k isheeps marry their iPongs too?

You are just about to find out.

When choosing a career, besides looking for jobs that are meaningful and challenging, it is equally important to look at the salary prospects. Everybody needs to make money to make ends meet and be able to fund their lifestyle and various financial commitments.

In fact, 53% of Malaysians consider salary and benefits as a top priority when choosing a job, according to The 2016 Hays Asia Salary Guide. In other words, 5 out of 10 Malaysians view salary prospect as one of the main deciding factor when choosing a job or career.

Besides that, Malaysians also view the availability of new challenges and career progression – as the next two important factors when considering a job opportunity.

Though salary is seen as an important factor for Malaysians, there are more than one survey to back-up the fact that Malaysians are generally not satisfied with their salaries. A survey by Salary Explorer revealed that Malaysians scored only 2.42 in salary satisfaction, just a little higher than global average of 2.36. Seems like the world generally feels that their salaries do not commensurate with their work load or cater for their basic commitments.

JobStreet’s survey on Employees’ Job Satisfaction in Malaysia showed that in terms of salary, 61% of the total respondents felt that their salaries were low or not enough to survive with. It’s important to find the balance between salary and job satisfaction.

So, where do the big bucks actually come from?

Salary Explorer recently released its 2016 Highest Paying Jobs rankings, which determines the best occupations in the country based on the average monthly salary. Not surprisingly, all of these top jobs come with six-figure salaries — a month!

If we look at these top 10 high-paying professions, there’s a few common threads: higher educational qualification, in-demand skills, years of experience and low automation or competition.

If you are looking to earn more in the coming year, the infographic shows a compiled a list of jobs that pay the best.

However, keep in mind that there you are compensated with a higher salary in most of these jobs for obvious reasons, such as long working hours, increased levels of responsibility or subordinates, higher traveling frequency, long back-breaking stand-by hours – or in other words, simply added work stress.

Although salary is an important factor when one chooses his/her profession, it is equally important to choose a job based on one’s passion. If you are doing something that you are passionate about, you will naturally be good at your job.

Striking a balance between the two is the key to a successful career progression, and hopefully, the income will increase in tandem with the progression. Remember, no matter how high your salary is, money doesn’t buy happiness

SOS: https://www.imoney.my/articles/top-10-highe...n-malaysia-2016

So is the article accurate?
15 clever psychological tricks that everyone should know

The following psychological tricks will make your life easier and help you cope with stressful situations. They’re well worth reading.

1. When a group of people laughs, people instinctively look toward the group members they feel closest to (or want to feel closest to).

2. Chew gum or eat food if you’re doing something that would normally make you feel nervous. It tricks a primal part of your brain into thinking you couldn’t be in danger because you’re eating.

3. If somebody is angry at you and you stay calm, they’ll probably get angrier, but they’ll be ashamed at themselves later.

4. If you ask someone a question and they only give you a partial answer, maintain eye-contact and stay silent. The person answering will usually assume that the original answer wasn’t good enough, and they’ll keep talking.

5. Emotional expressions are one way to cause emotions. If you want to feel happy, smile as wide as you can.

6. Don’t say or write, «I think» or «I believe». It’s implied anyway, and it sounds like you lack confidence.

7. Before interviews, imagine you’re old friends with your interviewers. You’re in charge of the way you perceive your situation, and your comfort will be infectious.

8. If you make yourself be really happy and excited to see other people, the next time they see you, they’ll probably be a lot happier and more excited about it. (Dogs do this trick to us all the time!)

9. People are more likely to agree to a smaller favour if they deny a larger one or two first.

10. Many physical effects of stress are the same as those of exhilaration (e.g. heavy breathing, speeding heart, etc.) If you reframe your threatening situation as a challenging one, your stress will become exhilaration.

11. Most people can’t tell the difference between brilliance and confidence. If you seem like you know what you’re doing, people tend to rally around you.

12. If you work in customer service, put a mirror behind you. Customers will be nicer because nobody wants to see themselves being a jerk.

13. If you’re in a group meeting and expect someone to take you to task, sit right next to them. They’ll lose the pack mentality that makes them feel safe to attack you. At the very least, they’ll mitigate their meanness.

14. When you’re on a first date, take your date somewhere exciting. They’ll associate you with that thrilling feeling.

15. Try to notice someone’s eye colour when you meet them. People like you more for the slightly increased eye contact.

SOS: http://brightside.me/article/15-clever-psy...uld-know-17055/

Inilah Zhou's Tered Pengetahuan of the Day, sekian.

19-year-old create Bot to help with...

A 19-year-old created a free robot lawyer that has beaten 160,000 parking tickets

British programmer Joshua Browder, 19, launched the beta version of the bot in London in September. In that month alone, 3,000 people used the service to appeal their parking tickets. By February, it had already appealed $3 million worth of parking tickets.

In April, Browder launched the bot in New York as well. To-date, the bot has successfully appealed between 160,000 of 250,000 parking tickets in both London and New York, giving it a 64% success rate.

The artificial-intelligence lawyer shows how bots can seriously help people settle difficult and costly issues instead of just being used for things like ordering food.

Here's how it works: simply visit DoNotPay and make an account. From there, the chatbot will ask questions about your parking violation, like whether there were signs indicating you couldn't park. If you answer a question that shows you could have a case, the bot will help generate an appeal.

Many companies are investing in bots, most notably Facebook. The tech giant launched a series of Messenger Bots in April to do tasks like order flowers or provide the weather forecast, but like many users, Browder was disappointed.

"I've tried almost all of the bots and have been unhappy — it's quicker to type in a simple webform to order flowers," Browder told Tech Insider. "But there's a lot of potential for these bots to really help people."

Browder plans on rolling out the robot lawyer in Seattle this Fall. But he is also working on bots that can assist people in other ways.

He is currently working on a bot that can help Syrian refugees get asylum. He's working with IBM's Watson platform so that the bot can understand Arabic but write the legal documents in English.

Browder is also working on a bot that can help HIV positive people understand their legal rights when disclosing their medical status.

SOS: http://www.businessinsider.com/joshua-brow...?IR=T&r=US&IR=T

Wah, pandai betul...we need this bot in Malaysia, to appeal for parking and speeding tickets.
