Hi all, i am wondering how much to fork out in a year for ervices residence in KL.
Let say 1000sqft house, what is the charges per year?
Compare to residential title, how big the different?

There are blogs and article remind us to take this into consideration when making decision, but no one share the estimated figure for comparison.

Would appreciate if taikor can share your fee

How is Semenyih doing

Back in five six years ago many people already said semenyih will boom, will be next hot spot.

Now we look again, there are many empty houses and run down shops lot. Ecohill walk is coming but I'm not sure if it will bring up the commercial activities.

For me it's like lack of something like public transportation such as mrt or ktm. Ya people will say can drive to kajang and take mrt from there to KL.
BUT ...
To drive from semenyih to kajang, it is long journey if you'd experience the traffic in jalan Semenyih you know what i mean.

Currently, the only smoother way is to go to highway(is it lekas?) from ecohill exit.
Future suke and ekve will help?
