play game in 23" LCD = kill Graphic Card?

This one gonna be a long one, so thanks in advance for those who spend their time reading this

Few months back, i bought a dell 23" LCD. So i try it out by playing WC3. The screen black out during the game and i couldn't start my pc from that point onward. So i format my pc and notice there is color distortion when in window. Plus i couldn't install the graphic card driver as it always black out during installation. I suspect the gc is spoiled and decided to change a new gc (GIGABYTE 9500GT 512MB DDR3 128bits).

After installation, it looks good.....untill i play KOF, the screen went blank again! Now the screen will go blank after few minutes starting the window. Send for warranty and got it back few days ago. 1st try with listen to music cd. No problem. Yesterday try with KOF again. AND SAME PROBLEM AGAIN! (Why KOF again? Cos it's easy to install and it's a classic )

Before asking questions, here is my pc spec:

Intel C2D E6300 1.86Ghz
MSI MS-7235 P965 neo
3G RAM (512mb x 2, 2G x 1)
Enlight 350W PSU
GIGABYTE 9500GT 512MB DDR3 128bits
Dell s2309w 23" LCD

So, my questions:

1. Do we need a high end gc for playing game in 23" LCD? I set screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 in window display. Does this affect the game? Do i 'push' the new gc too hard or maybe just b'cos my new gc is a defect one?
2. Can 350W supply enough power to the pc?
3. Currently using those so-called dual channel performance RAM. As per my understanding, these RAM perform better in 2. As you can see, i only have one 2G ram. So is this ok? Any downside to this?
