need help!owner signed OTP, but cannot sell?

hi, guys, i need help

recently i wanna buy a 2nd house, 310k
already gave 3% booking fee, owner already signed OTP
but the agent said his agency lawyer found out the owner is bankrupt, so cannot sell and he will return my 3% booking fee

is it true?

i tot after signed OTP and the owner cannot sell to me, the owner has to pay back double?

Recently i had book a Hyundai i10 from Kamunting Sun**** Green****...Hyundai dealer~~~

I booked the Hyundai i10 high spec and the SA and her boss gave me a rm3600 discount...
RM48888-RM3600=RM45288~~~
The SA also say already discount much, cannot give free gift~~~

After a few day, i went to pay RM5288 downpayment, settle the car loan agreement, then go to JPJ buy my favourite number plate and give the rsit to SA and then wait for my car to come.

After 1 day my SA call me and say, the car i want is no stock now, how about 08 year CBU(no rear power window n no rpm meter)?But she say only can give RM1800 discount...

I has a friend who worked in Hyundai HQ at KL told me that actually 08 year CBU can get even more discount...
He also give me another SA hp no, i call and ask, the SA say can give me RM4000+ discount for 08 year CBU and RM2500 discount for 09 year CKU。。。

I think the SA and her boss trying to cheat me by saying no stock and want me to pay more...
What i really angry is if the boss cannot afford to give me so high discount, just tell me frankly, but not wait until i settle all the thing and loan then tell me that i need to pay more for my car...

So, i call the SA and asked...i also called her bos and asked. The bos said will try to find a car for me, asked me to give him more time will confirm to me next monday.

The next day, the SA called n said after the bos complain to the Sime Darby HQ,now he got the car, 08 CBU with rear power window and rpm meter, discount RM2888~~~

Now, i m curious, y just 1 day later, the discount can change from RM1800(08 year CBU with no rear power window n rpm meter) to RM2888(08 year CBU with rear power window n rpm meter)...
D car with more thing can get more discount??wow...

So, i think the SA n bos are trying to cheat me.
Maybe i want to take back my downpayment n switch to other more reliable dealer...

Anyone can suggest what i can do?

Case settled...28 April 2009

i sent an email to the Malay Mail editor, and they responded by sending a memo to ask the Company explain this incident.
So, just now the SA and boss came to my work place and explained to me that there was some misunderstanding.
They asked me to explain this to Malay Mail and they said i do not need to pay the remaining RM720.
In the end i get the RM3600 discount for my Hyundai i-10 high spec with rpm meter and rear power window.

SO, guys, if you feel you are being cheated, you can always email this to the newspaper, they can help you.
