URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi sifus here, I need urgent help regarding how to remove these stains from my house groudfloor floor tiles? Not sure what stains is it but it seems it already gone into the inner layer of the tiles, as I tried using water to wipe, but to no avail.

I suspect is some marker pen written on some newspaper/hard paper and someone use the paper as 'alas lantai' to use as 'alas' for their stuff to put on, and the paper may have kena some water, so the marker ink 'perfused' onto the tiles.

For everyone info, my house jus started to do some renovation & painting, new taman. So, I did ask some indon construction workers there to have a look, they suggest me to buy some minimal acid & clorox for them, they can help to remove it they said, is it true it will be completely remove? And will it cause the tiles colors to 'decolorize' and become whiter and wont look the same as the pieces besides?

Below are the 2 floor tiles which have stains (?red/purple color numers/words) that I put 2 yellow arrows towards it.

Really hope someone can help me

Severe poor network at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah

I'm working in Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar, Kedah. The network connection here is totally bad. Compared with other telco provider ©, even telco provider (D) they provide very much more better network especially in the buildings. It keeps happening since I worked here 2008, and no improvements has been done so far till NOW year 2016 !!!
There are TONS of maxis users in this hospital that have eventually left & port OUT to other telcos !

Brief description on the network issue :
Loss of signal especially on ground floor and 1st floor of hospital sultanah bahiyah
Sometimes even outside of the building, at the parking area MAXIS signal only has 2 bars of 3G, sometimes no 3G either, show GPRS only.

Since when the issue started to occur :
Since the opening of hospital sultanah bahiyah in 2008

Location address of affected area in full :
HOSPITAL SULTANAH BAHIYAH, Alor Setar, Kedah

Phone model : iphone5s

Signal shown : G/2G/E/3G/4G
GPRS or just two bar without GPRS

Signal bar (strength) while in the area :
Depends, suddenly 3g can immidiately loss signal and went to GPRS and the 3g reception also severely poor

Latest time & date of occurrence :
Almost everyday & any time

so please help to improve the condition.

Tyre for Toyota Vios 2015 1.5G Spec with stock rim, what size can I upgrade to which is best suit (comfort, quiet, good fuel consumptions) for stock rim?
Current tyre is original continental 185/60 R15? eg: to 195/55 R15 can? or ???

Want to ask you guys something about supplementary line.

I myself is on Maxis iPhone iValue 1 plan. My girldfriend is on Hotlink Prepaid. Can I convert her prepaid into supplementary line under my iValue 1 line? If yes, what charges for converting? And what she will pay monthly & what is the name of her supplementary line? And what is her rates plan, eg: calling rates, sms rates, etc...
Lastly what is the benefit of supplementary line? I heard before that calling between principal line & supplementary line is free?
Sorry for asking so much questions, hopefully anyone of you guys can help me

Any recommendations on a good Acer authorised dealer in Penang (mainland)? Preferably around Butterworth, Perai, Seberang Jaya.

I'm thinking of buying an latest Acer laptop - Acer TimelineX 4830TG , but I don't want to pay money to a shop that doesn't know much about what it's selling and can't help in the case of problems.

Also hope if the recomended shop will give some freebies,eg:10-20 freebies

WTA Dell Laptop lcd screen repair in Butterworth

Anyone knows of any pro laptop LCD repair center/shop/handyman in butterworth that can repair Dell studio laptop LCD?
I have a Dell Studio 1435 laptop, the lcd not showing anything , but when I connect to external monitor, it has view on the external monitor.
I suspect is either the LCD Hinges spoil, or the LCD inverter spoil, or the LCD wires are loose.
As I do not know how to open up my Dell Studio 1435 laptop, so any pro pc shops around butterworth that know how to open up that can recomend to me?
