Hi all,
I'm going through a hassle with Home elements Snd Bhd. I bought a sofa set from them from modern living home expo. Since then, I'm having a major argument and dissatisfaction with the company on the sofa. they claimed the material they use its water resistance, sommore the salesperson demonstrated the water resistance at the expo. you know what, the water resistance disappeared after a week. the design is not what i ordered, i dont think the quality is the same as shown in the expo too.
i've requested for refund and they declined. i;ve lodged a complaint to modern living home expo and majlis tindakan pengguna malaysia.

Just wondering if any of you experienced such problem with the company before? oh ya, they portray themself as potato furniture at the expo..

Update 5 Jan: the company agreed to refund my money. I need to go to their office to collect the cheque next Monday, 8 Jan.

Update 8 Jan: Got the refund from them. ive learned my lesson n i hope they do too. im going to close this thread, thanks all
