Renew Insurance online and get 10% discount

Hi

Have been using MyEg to renew my insurance for a few years.
But heard that if I renew online (from the insurance website) I will get extra 10% discount
So does MyEG also given us this 10% discount or havent?
Or this 10% discount only can get if I renew through the insurance website directly?

Pls correct me if I am wrong
a) iPhone SG (bought from Apple Store or Apple Online store) can claim warranty in Malaysia AFTER Malaysia launched the phone here.
b) can claim at QCD Berjaya Times Square Level 8 http://www.qcd-tech.com/
c) cannot claim in maxis/digi/celcom/telco/macstudio/machine etc
d) cannot claim if the iPhone is from singapore telco

[WTA] Adding Voltage Regular for Water Heater

Hi

Currently my Joven water boiler/heater (50L) 's heating element will burnt/spoil every 6 months.
Joven has sent technician to check multiple times, they suspsect its caused by the unstable electricity supply from my condominium. They advised me to install a voltage regulator.

Is it I can just buy any Voltage Regular listed here?

Should we pay for agent GST commission?

Hi

Helping my relative to help, by right we should pay agent 1 month commission + GST for rental commission.
But heard that for hot area, normally owner only pay 1 month commission while agent abosrted the GST themselves.
Please confirm whether its common practise.

A few closed relatives of mine decided to buy a unit with a budget of 1 mil.
a) Any hot properties worth eyeing now?
b) Location in KL
c) Close to future MRT, preferable close to Bandar Malaysia or TRX or HSR
d) or instead of new project , they should take a look at subsale market again?
Hope you can share out some experiences, and we will further research on your suggestions.

Riding taxi before 12am, arrival after 12am

Hi bros

I took a metered taxi from KLIA 2 at 11:30pm, arriving my home at 12:30am.
Do I still need to pay the 50% midnight surchage?
According to the receipt, start time 11:31pm, end time is 12:33am.
Fare is rm70, midnight surcharge is rm20.

Update:
After seeing the feedbacks here, let me add in some details
a, I bought through the meter counter (paid RM2) , will buy from another coupon counter next time
b, so i can concluded that i need to pay the midnight surchage since its a metered taxi?
