WTA Acer Aspire 4741G Bluetooth problem

Hi, I am currently encountering a problem with my bluetooth software....

ERROR:[The bluetooth software license file not found.]

I think it's because i used the registry cleaner....

And i can't send things to and forth my handphone.... If i want to transfer files from my handphone to laptop through bluetooth, it says no devices found and yet my laptop is visible for bluetooth connection..

Can anyone help me to make it right again? I know almost nothing about bluetooth....

I googled, and some says try to install the bluetooth device installer but first i need to uninstall the bluetooth software in my laptop 1st but i couldn't find it(in the control panel)... The laptop is windows 7 OS based... Where can i find the path to uninstall the software if this is the only solving method?

PS: I typed 'Bluetooth' in the 'search' box after clicking start. I found the program but after i clicked it, nothing happens. So, what's the problem?

Please help me.

I would like to ask about the documents mentioned in the Question 9.

1. What is Sijil Kewarganegaraan Ibu Bapa? Can it be substitute by Kad Pengenalan Ibu Bapa?

2. Sijil Kegiatan Kokurikulum is???? I only got a borang rumusan Ko-k 2009(form 5)... I supposed that borang cannot be used?

3. And the last question... Q9(b) "Calon juga perlu membawa bersama salinan dokumen yang telah disahkan seperti..."

Do anyone knows who should mengesahkan the documents? Can the secondary school headmaster do it?

Please help... I had asked around but no one knows >_<

WTA: requirement for UTM industrial design degree

Just now i went to look the admission for the bachelor degree of UTM and noticed that one of the entry requirement for bachelor of science in industrial design is to obtain a diploma of product/industrial design....

so... diploma in mechanical engineering does not lead to the industrial design degree, is it? i'm asking this question because that degree was actually under faculty of mechanical engineering of UTM...

NEED HELP ABOUT THE UPU ONLINE APPLICATION!

Erm, do anyone know why did the upu application date started from 2 Feb for Phase 2?

If i send my application late(like 18 March), will it affect my chance to get the course i chose compare to those that apply earlier(like 20 Feb)?
