I'm buying a sub-sale house RM180k- this would be my first home. I am now dealing with the owner. We agreed to use his lawyer & agent.
Is this good? what are the procedures?
Right now he is approaching four banks which can offer me 100% loan and now asking me for my payslip, epf, ic and bank statement. Should I proceed?

At 1500 sent my car to do servicing;

Change Tensioner belt RM250 + belt Rm70 = RM320
Alignment Balancing RM50
Light Bulb RM5

Waited until 1900, told me cannot do Alignment because my steering bush rosak, need to replace. they quoted me RM150.

Cekik darah izit?
Then wanna pay, they did not accept credit card but at name card got MASTERCARD and VISA symbol.

No drill of the receipt bcoz i havent pay them yet so thay cannot gimme the receipt. Need to back tomorrow..

ayam actually dont need credit card but ayam dont want to carry much money when go for shopping..

problems with my car

hi guys.
wanna ask all pros out there
am driving 2008 satria neo
many problems ive encountered

1. when i started the engine, toggled the steering to move the car... noises heard (when i toggled the steering)
2. when i hit a bump, got kluk kluk sounds that can be heard together with the sounds at #1 (absober or spring prob ke?)
3. when its raining, my driver seat mat is flooded with water (havent check the aircond hose yet - no mod with the speaker)

before this i change the pump oil -rm600 and steering rack -rm1200 because the steering oils keeps leaking after 3days i top up
car is stock standard.. no mods so far yet...
pls do help, i dunno what to do already.
