Best Notebook HDD

I'm looking for the an overall best 500GB notebook HDD. The problem is I can't seem to find a clear winner, so I'd like to have opinions from you guys. (p/s: Just HDD, not hybrid or SSD)

So far from benchmark from tomshardware here, the best HDD in terms of max and avg read/write throughput is the hitachi Travelstar 7K320, but came second in write access time and third in read access time. Still seems good.

However when it comes to PCMark Vantage tests, Scorpio Black won most; even against Seagate Momentus XT.

Question is, which tests would serve as a better points for me to pick on a drive? The PCMark Vantage which is more towards real life condition test to me, or the avg read/write throughput?

Also, since I'm moving from Seagate Momentus 5400.6, how much would and increase of ~0.5 Watt affect me anyway? 10 min battery life?

Thanks in advance to all.
