DIY renovation

Hi everyone.. few month ago i started my renovation.. i overpaid and the contractor keep on asking for more and void the old quotation.. and he even tried to cheat me by run away and ask his supervisor to take the job. I reported to police and they say they got nothing can do.

And now i dont have anymore money to find another contractor so i asking itz possible to DIY or any experience guy out there can teach or help?

The more serious issue now is the slab keep got water leaking issue. Anyway to fix it? It applied with sika waterproof at top of slab but still got issue

Please stay away from Yiwo Auto Services and Kum Onn workshop

My story as below..

Car accident on 7th Jan 2015. Reported to police on the same day for insurans claim from offender. I get to know Yiwo Auto Services and they said, you can get you car after 1 week+ the most.

So I submitted my document on 8th Jan 2015 to Kum Onn workshop as referred by Yiwo Auto Services. Kum Onn told me, it required 2 to 3 weeks to complete. It also need send to Shah Alam for inspection(myvi) and told me that i can claim for lost without vehicles to use.

After that i been getting trouble to get my document fully submitted for process inspection/claim that handled by Yiwo Auto Services and i calling them for process but they just keep telling me by later today will submit until they started to ignore my call.

So i called Kum Onn workshop. Their customer service didnt even try to bother much and say.. you can call to their boss to ask for progress. As i call the Yiwo told me he not sure who handl8ng the case and will let me know after that and it end up the same way without any call and notice

On 13 Jan 2014 i finally get a hold the contact of runner who working for my case. He told me that no one is currently handling my case. He told me now they processing the document and it will take sometime for sarjan approve. So i asking for case number and he told me he cant memorize and when i asked him to refer back, he try to avoid my question

So on next day, i called Kum Onn to ask if my document fully submitted and customer services replied yes. So i tell them, please tell me when there is insurer comes to inspect the car and the day when my car started to fix.

So i wait and i still not receive any response.. so i called again and ask for status, they replied they working on it.

On 16th Jan i asked again if my car ready for collection and they told me they spraying and it will be able to collect on next week.

Today, 20 Jan i went for collection. I checked the sarjan report and there stated 8 Jan, which mean the runner cheated me or?

So i asked about the claim and they told me i not able to claim the lost without vehicle use. And i required to sign lawyer agreement letter. They said because i keep on chase them, they changed they method to claim by lawyer as the approval will needed to wait for even longer. My car also no more sending to shah alam for inspection. I dont mind it changed but they didnt even notice me!

I asked if i dont sign the letter what will happen, they said i required to pay for the reparing fee, lawyer fee and so on. So without choice and i needed to use the car so i had sign it.

To double confirm, I keep PM him but he just dont reply me. I get the info about he also selling this battery at other forum so i thought he might be busy there so i search for him at that forum and PM him but he just ignored my PM and POST.

I was too busy to keep in track for this, so i ignored as i bought extra external charger myself.

But since this battery having problem i need to get it for warranty.. i keep PM him.. Post at his thread but he just dont reply me.

I created a new folder, and i tried to move the message from Inbox to new created storage folder. But i dont seem able to move whole threaded message to new storage folder, am i missing anything there?

But when i accidentally press delete message, and it delete whole message include the new storage folder message. Some kind of bug here? How to retrieve back the deleted message?
