i wanna build a fence between my neighbour and my house, because there's a land between which are other people's lot but the shape is sort of cone shape, it seems impossible to build a house in between, if someone here has done that please share your experience. thanks

I'm looking for a house at melaka and the seller is chinese, he won the bid from auction which previous owner is malay.

Anyone tried to buy bumi lot before? what is the chances approve rate for consent ?

Second Hand motorcycle

sian a...., brought a 2nd hand bike never used for 24hour, sent back to the seller shop because of transmission prob..... he gave 1 month warranty for that bike... now ady put 2nd week le.. said the mechanic the thing havent arrive.. so the bike still pending at there...

my problem or their problem? should i ask for any compensation or refund?

last time xrayed in Goverment hospital they found out the cartilage has become thinner that will cause pain to leg sometime.

Lagenda 110z grinding noise

hello lagenda 110z owners and sifus out there, recently i have brought a second hand 08' year lagenda from motorbikes shop. the motorbike start to grind when i am engaging the 4th gear while accelerating, but when i stop accelearting (still in 4th gear) the grinding sound gone, it start grind when i pull the throttle a bit... even in low speed and high speed. any idea what happening with this?

i've pull the double stand and put the motorbike in 4th gear and pull the throttle and there the grinding sound .

i just went off a bumper w/o brake... and the speedometer malfunction !! any solutions? haha.. scare dad scold later...
