This company is run by a group of young inexperienced people. However, they claim to have many years of experience. I have hired them from a home decor fair. It was a horrifying experience with them. First of all, due to their lack of experience, the renovation was not done with proper supervision. Thus, lots of mistakes, damages to my property, major delay and poor quality incurred. Their so-called supervisor is just a fresh graduate girl who only knows how to open and close door for the contractors.

This ID took deposit from me and started work. But the work progress is not according to schedule and with poor quality. Hack here and there a bit and stopped work. Thus, I highlighted to the ID several times to follow the schedule and fix all the poor quality work.

To cut short the long story, after several reminders, ID decided to stop work because ID said that's the best they can do. When ID does presentation to me, they claimed they can deliver with highest quality. Their quality benchmark was very poor.

Since I have paid deposit and the work in progress is lesser than the deposit value, I requested for refund for work that is not done. ID refused to refund and hence I escalated this matter to consumer tribunal with evidences and won the case. Tribunal court ordered ID to refund to me.

However, ID violated the law and still do not want to refund to me. I have further escalated this matter with the tribunal and tribunal is investigating on why ID is not paying and eventually will file them in high court. It has been 2 months though and no progress from here.

Anybody has experience in handling this case and managed to claw back refund from ID that fraud from innocent house owners?

Clips for Olympic Bar and Curl Bar

I just bought a pair of clips and I realized it fits for olympic bar only. It is loose for curl bar. Hi all,

Need your advice on my GPU. I've difficulty playing Left 4 Dead. It would hang or quits unexpectedly especially when there are many zombies rushing out. At first, I thought the GC overheated. Therefore, I did a few tests:-
1) I checked CCC, on idle the GC temperature was about 55°C. When the game terminated, the GC temperature was about 70 °C.
2) Test to play again, game terminated and GC temperature was about 80 °C.
3) This time, I use Rivatuner and set the fan speed at 60%. Opened the casing and use a stand fan to blow at the GC. Tried to play the game again but quits unexpectedly. This time, GC temperature was about 50°C.

In this case, does this mean that my GC did not overheated? My current GPU clock is 625MHz, memory 993 MHz.

My rig setup:-
Intel Core 2 Quad 2.33GHz 8200
Gigabyte EP45-UD3L
Kingston 2GB DDR2 800MHz x2
Cooler Master 460W
23" Monitor (resolution set to 1920 x 1080 when playing L4D)
Installed latest CCC Version 2009.0925.1707.28889

Game video settings were all set to use recommended settings.

Kenari Aerosport Aircon Problem

There's some weird problem with my aircon. Sent to workshop to check but they said no problem.

First, if I'm stucked in jam / car idle for more than 10 mins / drive very slow, my aircon will blow hot air out. When I start to drive faster about 90km/h - 110km/h, the aircon will be cold.

Now, the condition has worsened. When I on the aircon, I can hear some loud vibrating sound, not sure whether it's the engine is vibrating. Also, it'll cause my car to jerk as if the engine is gonna die. My engine died 2 times. Mine is auto transmission. First time it died at traffic light. Second, it died when my car was moving slowly in a traffic jam. I can also hear loud "Tik Tik Tik" sound. I'm sure all this is caused by my aircon because the moment I off the aircon, none of this happened.

Anybody experienced this? Please let me know what is wrong. Thanks.

I tried to duplicate a second one on the same page however the second button does not popup the calendar. Any idea how to do this?
