The highway will have 4 interchanges, at Assam Jawa, Ijok, Kuang, and Templer's Park.

Expected to relieve traffic congestion in Sg Buloh, Kepong, Rawang area.

Will boost up commutability for people in Kuala Selangor to outside of Kuala Selangor.

What's the opinion on the property price at the surroundings place? Worth investing?

Hi,

I'm told that many of Seremban people work in KL, with buses plying the routes from 6 am to 10 pm, for every half an hour.

So, how about the opposite, i.e. for people who live in KL, to work in Seremban? What about driving to Seremban, than taking the bus? Is there any jam-prone area to be expected, e.g. Nilai stretch at PLUS? To get around the city, how's the taxi around Seremban?

Just asking around if any LYN forumers here have the experience to commute from KL to Seremban.

Adding concrete block to fill in soil

Hi all,

Anybody here doing renovations, that familiar with concrete block that is filled with soil, like those that we see usually at schools?

Refer this pic, I'm not sure what exactly they are called...

If I want to add one at my lawn, anybody knows how to ensure that the concrete won't crack or the soil is not too much, or too little?

Any other pro and cons of adding one? Thinking of adding one and plant some grass or shrubs on it, small plants only, not big big one...
