I just got known from friend their MySejahtera app auto got info after they got swab tested, 1-2days later, than I realised I didn't get any update from my app when i got swab tested at Sunway Medical Center, is it private hospital data not linked with gov? my other friend says private company BP Lab does update MySejahtera, not getting the result (negative) in app in time cause me my first vaccination appointment, force to cancel as I can't get into PPV cause of my app status "Suspected Case".

My app is up to date, and my HP does reboot daily.

Heard the hotlline is congested, even the app helpdesk need like 4-5days for potiental feedback, wth.
