Location: Jalan Kerapu 1, Taman Permai 3, Seremban.

It's a newly renovated double storey terrace house - all medical students. Within 5 minutes drive to Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban. Near town, ktm, food outlets. Short drive to Jusco, Tesco, Carrefour. Nice peaceful area. Mostly Chinese neighbours.

ROOM 1:[/B] Upstairs small room. Room size is about 3.5 meters X 3 meters in dimension. Fan & lighting provided. Linked bathroom with another room - female student. Bathroom equipped with heater as well. [B]Rental: RM 170

Room 2: Another room downstairs available, much bigger but shower downstairs does not have heater (can be settled). Private bathroom Fan & lighting provided. Original price - RM 210, but because of no heater, we are willing to rent it out same price for RM 170!! The other housemates will pay the extra.

All rooms not furnished, but if needed, can provide furnitures upon request. Room windows are all grilled for added security. TV & DVD player also provided by the landlord. Very clean house, and friendly neighbours! Housemates are also very friendly.

Kitchen - Stove & Fridge available. Washing machine also available. Wifi available.

March 2011 rental will be free, rental (RM 170) will be collected April 2011 onwards. So can move in anytime!!

Should there be any inquiries/requests such as furnishings - please do not hesitate to call me at 019-2233022 (Terri). House-viewing can be done anyday anytime, just give me a call few hours in advance.

4 Mbps Streamyx connection problems

Hey all forumers, just need some advice and views about this thread.

Recently, I subscribed to the streamyx cool uni pack

I am paying RM 100 ringgit a month for 4 Mbps speed.
The problem is that I am using this line at a house located right opposite my own ( I own both houses )
because tmnet would not allow me to make an account for my main address, the other house is just used as a work place.

So, in short, I registered for it for that other address knowing that I could use that account for my house address because streamyx can be logged in from any registered phone line.
The problem is that when used at my work place, it gives 4 mbps, but at home it gives out only 1 mbps.

I have no idea what's wrong. Any views on this?
