Hi all sifu,

I would like to assemble a new computer mainly use of in daily life workstation, entertainment, film, sometimes playing some middle to high end gaming 3D games.
with budget RM4500+- I am non- overclock prefer

are the following build up ok...

Intel Core i5 6500 - RM 855
ASRock H170 Pro4 - RM 595
ASUS GTX960 2GB D5 MINI OC | ITX – 1059
KINGSTON D4 HYPER FURY 2666 4GB x 2 - 286
SSD - HyperX Fury 240GB – 379
Corsair - RM750 ( A/M/80+ ) GOLD - 661
CM 690 III - RM 399
SPEAKERS -ALTEC LANSING VS4621 2.1 289
LITE ON DVD-RW - RM61

Total - 4584

I would like to ask, does the ASrock motherboard valuable as my old pc come with asus board it was lasting me at least 5yeas without any problem. what is other motherboard are valuable.

2. does really need Huper Fury 2666 memory, or valued memory like pc2133 will do...

3. I am heavy movie download, will due to frequently download cause the SDD lifespan become shorter.

Unifi ADV 30 upgrade problem

Hi all, I am using RG-INNATECH-RG4332 and ONU-ALCATEL-LUCENT-I240G for my VIP10. accepted upgrade to ADV 30 only 27 OCT, I just realized my OCC already updated as ADV 30 but when I try to restart my modem and router few time still unable get the upload speed > 10mbps but download speed already reduce to 4.8-5.5mbps. I already done both wired and WIFI test..

Trying to call 100 customer to confirm whether the set up for upgrade is completed because I do not received any SMS or email say that my upgrade is done... I only found out myself on OCC, but 100 claim my upgrade was done on 27 OCT same day....

Any set up can be done before call for technician come over house as I am unable to taking leave for waiting them whole day long.

After the buyer bank has released redemption sum to the vendor's bank to settle the seller loan amount, when can the seller get back the Differential sum; Profit Gain (Selling Price – Loan amount = Profit Gain).

First time selling house. Appreciate opinions from tai ko here,

I would like to sell my house, after earnest deposit received by property agent, next 14 days later have to sign Sale & Purchase Agreement ; the term day consider working day or day as per calendar days and if I use same lawyer as buyer, do I need paid any thing to the lawyer.

2nd I request the buyer use standard Sale & Purchase Agreement for the transaction, but how I now the Sale & Purchase Agreement used are standard with any special term and condition. Due to I am using buyer lawyer, so I thinks the lawyer will not tell me if got any hidden special term.

If I employed own lawyer, what are the standard cost.
