Questions about SME audit firm in Penang

Hey people,

Wanted to ask a few questions about those Sme audit firm in Penang such as Mazar, Grant Thortorn, BDO, etc...

1) Can I walk in apply ( pass to the receptionist my resume) or should I hand in my resume through emails (which will decided by HR department in KL)?
2) How is their interview process?
3) Are they in need of people now at this period?
4) How much do they offer to fresh grad degree holder?
