How much do you think is a rough cost if I were to retile my house front porch and extend the gate? I understand that this would involve a number of work that includes the base cement in which the tiles will sit on, moving the pillars and extending the platform over the drain. This is for a terrace house with 22 feet width.

Benq EX2780Q 1440p 144Hz

Has anyone here used this monitor or is currently using this monitor? Thinking of replacing my current Acer ED273A which is a 1080p 144Hz monitor. Was drawn to the Benq because of the IPS panel, 1440p resolution, as well as 144Hz refresh rate and the kicker, is the USB-C port which I can also use it with my Mac for work.

Not sure if I wanted to take the plunge and purchase it but was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this model before.

Ryzen 3700x Microstuttering

Creating a dedicated thread for me to work out the issues.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (1909)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
ASUS PRIME X570-P/CSM
GSKILL TridentZ Neo 2x16GB DDR4 3600mhz
ASUS GTX 1070
FSP HYDRO 600W
CORSAIR FORCE Series MP510 960GB Gen3 PCIe x4 NVMe

I didn't start a thread here as I was trying to troubleshoot it over the weekend. Saw many threads on this especially on Reddit and other places including some YouTube videos. The microstuttering doesn't appear all the time, it comes up intermittently. Meaning that it can be all smooth after start up but sometimes after 5-6 hours of perhaps leaving it idle, then the entire system stutters on Windows and Games. Audio will crack with the stuttering. If I tried to restart in the microstuttering state it will end up in a BSOD with POWER STATE FAILURE MODE error (which points to a driver error).

Things that I have tried included:
- Updated all drivers
- Clean reinstall of NVidia drivers after using DCU - https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-...rivers.2402269/
- Updated BIOS on motherboard
- Updated Chipset drivers
- Set BIOS to default settings
- Reinstalled Windows cleanly (2x)
- XMP on and off (both also had micro stuttering)
- Changed power profiles (system, PCIE)
- Changed AMD SATA Controller to standard AHCI controller in device manager
- Firmware check on the Corsair shows it is also up to date
- Turned off HPET in Device Manager
- Turned off CMS in BIOS
